成都錦塘養老機構景觀設計 | 緯圖景觀

被稱作天府之國的成都，有著獨天獨厚的養老條件——宜人的亞熱帶季風氣候、豐富多樣的自然資源、厚重博大的文化根脈、閑逸悠然的生活氛圍……項目選址位于成都平原溫江區萬春鎮，溫江作為專注深耕大健康產業的區域，已經吸引了許多大型康養項目落地，逐漸形成完整的養老產業。

The project site is located in Wenjiang, Chengdu Plain District Wanchun Township, Wenjiang, as the only region in the country that focuses on cultivating large-scale health industries, has become a hot spot for health care project investment, and has attracted many large-scale Kangyang projects to land, forming a complete pension industry.

項目以“錦瑭”為名，瑭者，玉也，錦瑭，錦城之玉也，寓意江山如佳玉之水固，國壽如高山之綿長。這是一個規劃及落地的AIP（Aging In Place）全齡養老社區。結合獨立養老--護助養老--護理養老三個不同階段，打造符合全生命周期的景觀設計。設計針對老年群體的行為模式特征以及身心需求，在空間里植入五感花園（感官刺激花園），園藝療愈園（園藝體驗、芳香種植園），五行藥理花園（中醫五行對照人體臟器），康養健身花園（運動活力花園、適老器械、適老空間），康復花園（失智老人療愈園），以及利用屋頂空間打造的都市農業體驗療愈園。

The project is named as "Jintang", which implies that rivers and mountains are like water and solid, and national life is like a mountain. This is a AIP (Aging In Place) all-aged elder care community planned and implemented in the country. The landscape is aimed at the behavioral characteristics and physical and mental needs of the elderly group, and has set up various age-appropriate functional sections in combination with the operation, implanting five sense gardens (sensory stimulation gardens), horticultural healing gardens (gardening experience, aromatic plantations) Pharmacological garden (Chinese medicine five elements control human organs), health fitness garden (sports vitality garden, age-appropriate equipment, age-appropriate space), rehabilitation garden (deaf elders healing garden), and urban agricultural experience therapy using roof space Yuyuan (self-cultivation farm, seed class).

依據馬斯洛需求層次理論，景觀設計希望打造一個被賦予安全感、舒適感、歸屬感、被尊重、自我價值的身心靈安放之地，將老成都人的記憶與現代養老方式相結合，在空間里還原品茶、遛鳥、聽戲等伴隨老一代成都人熟悉的休閑場景，讓老人置身其中猶如平凡日常，并從食、住、養、娛、護五大方面，讓他們在此生活能老有所學、老有所依、老有所養、老有所樂、老有所護。

在流線上，主次分明和差異化設計利于老人分辨與記憶路線，全區無障礙設計滿足老人出行安全。園區所有通道寬度至少1.5m，可以保障輪椅老人無障礙進入區域。根據老年群體的身心靈需求，在設計細則上充分遵照適老化無障礙、安全性、易于識別、易于控制和選擇、易于到達、易于交往等原則等進行道路、安全、標識、桌椅、綠化體系的設計考慮。植物以安全性、特色性、功能性為主，引入四季香花植物，保證四時景觀，利用植物的靜心配置，給人最舒適的視覺和嗅覺體驗。

The width of all passages in the park is at least 1.5m, which can ensure the wheelchair-accessible area. According to the physical and mental needs of the elderly group, the design details fully comply with the principles of aging, barrier-free, safety, recognition, easy access, and easy communication, etc. for road, safety, signs, tables, chairs, and greening system design considerations. The plant selection is mainly based on safety, characteristics and functionality. The four-season fragrant plants are introduced. The plant's meditation configuration is used to give people the most comfortable visual and olfactory experience.

落客空間 Drop-off area

入口利用地形的微高差形成溫婉柔和的層層景觀疊水，其設計靈感源于古時園林模式之“一池三山”，一池指太液池，三山指神話中東海里的蓬萊、方丈、瀛洲三座仙山，并有仙人居之。三顆特型羅漢松屹立其中，寓意長壽，平安，吉祥，襯托出山水畫卷。流動的水景也有效的提高和保持水景水質，帶來靈動的景觀效果，源源不斷的水流也象征著生生不息。

The entrance uses the slight difference in terrain to form layers of landscape stacking water, and its design inspiration is derived from the ancient garden pattern of "one pool and three mountains". The continuous flow of water also symbolizes the endless life.

景觀對建筑屋檐進行一定的延伸，形成一處遮陰避雨的廊庭。車輛可沿著入口水景直停靠在廊庭下的落客區，既可避免日曬雨淋，也塑造出一種尊貴大氣的體驗。

水岸生活園 Waterfront Park

穿過體驗中心便是一幅開闊的山水畫卷。流淌的潺潺水聲，可以刺激老人的聽覺感知。中式水景賞心悅目，靜坐水岸邊，呈現出山水棲居的詩情畫意。

The view through the experience center is very wide. The sound of gurgling water can stimulate the elderly's auditory perception. The Chinese-style waterscape is pleasing to the eyes and sits on the shore of the water, showing the poetic and picturesque scenery of the landscape.

一條無障礙風雨連廊鏈接整個公寓左右兩側，在遮陽避雨的同時也實現了園區無障礙通行。長廊也可作為藝術展廊，展示老人們的書畫、手工等藝術作品。連廊在細節設計上考慮了老年人的使用需求，頂部采用木格柵與玻璃結合的形式，滿足日照的同時也能起到防雨效果。與此同時，連廊中部還設計了綜合服務設施，可以為老人提供基本的熱水、清潔、儲物等服務，親水休閑卡座營造愜意的戶外交流區，玻璃矮護欄保障老人在湖邊的安全。在夜晚來臨時，做了老年特殊化考慮的燈光照明也能讓身處其中的老人感到舒適。

A barrier-free corridor links the entire left and right sides of the apartment, realizing barrier-free passage in the park. The promenade can also be used as an art gallery, displaying old people's works of painting, calligraphy and handicrafts. The detail design of the connecting corridor takes into account the needs of the elderly, and the top is combined with a wooden grille and glass to meet the sunshine and also play a rainproof effect. At the same time, the middle of the corridor has also designed comprehensive service facilities that can provide basic hot water, cleaning, storage and other services for the elderly. The hydrophilic leisure deck creates a comfortable outdoor communication area, and the low glass guardrail protects the elderly by the lake Security. When the night comes, the lighting of the special consideration for the elderly can also make the elderly in it feel comfortable.

櫻花劇場 Cherry blossoms Theater

這是一個以小空間串聯形式組成，并融入了老成都生活元素的本土化庭院空間，還原了老一代成都人再熟悉不過的都市情景。每個小空間容納人數為4-6人，在滿足老人喝茶、棋牌、聽書及部分休閑娛樂活動的同時，也促進老人之間的交流。

This is a courtyard composed of small spaces and incorporating elements of old Chengdu life, restoring the urban scene familiar to the old generation of Chengdu people. The capacity of each small space is 4-6 people. While satisfying the elderly to drink tea, chess, listening to books and other leisure and entertainment activities, it also promotes communication between them.

與風雨連廊中部相鄰，設計利用連廊的灰空間設置了一處包含舞臺區與戶外觀看區的劇場空間，老人們可在此進行茶藝、戲劇觀演及活動交流。戶外觀看區使用可移動組合桌椅，桌椅尺寸符合老人身體尺度，且方便腿腳不便老人使用。休閑庭院中間，點綴了樹形優美的櫻花樹。櫻花紛飛的春天里，老人們與家人一起在此喝茶聽戲，悠閑而自在。

The design utilizes the gray space of the barrier-free corridor to set up a theater space, where the old people can also conduct tea arts, theater performances and event exchanges. The outdoor viewing area uses movable combination tables and chairs. The size of the tables and chairs conforms to the body size of the elderly, and it is convenient for the elderly with inconvenient legs and feet. In the middle of the leisure courtyard, there are beautiful cherry trees in the shape of trees. In the spring of cherry blossoms, old people can drink tea and play with their families here.

竹園 Bamboo Garden

不同大小的竹林圍合，形成了不同規模且相對獨立的空間，既有與好友家人休憩的交往空間，也可獲得靜謐的獨處空間，具有一定私密性，也滿足老人們不同的社交需求。竹是令人內心平靜安寧的植物，可為體弱老人提供靜養觀景的空間，在景觀上也營造了豐富的景觀效果。

在五感樂園，設計通過感官環境設置綜合刺激人體五感（視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、觸覺、味覺），具有緩解壓力、安撫情緒、恢復精神和復建心靈的作用。風鈴裝置、蟲鳴鳥叫、植物與水的特性可以刺激聽覺，水的質感、互動小品與材質變化刺激觸覺體驗，藥用芳香植物營造的嗅覺體驗有助于增強免疫力，而康體卵石道地面可以加強鍛煉老人的前庭系統和體覺系統。

健身花園 Fitness garden

為了保障健康老人與介助老人無障礙到達園區各功能空間，園區道路最小寬度在1.5m及以上。設計圍繞建筑內圈做了一條貫穿整個園區的康養步道，方便步行和輪椅推行。

In order to ensure that healthy elderly and assisting elderly can reach every space of the park without barriers, the design has made a walkway that runs through the entire park around the inner circle of the building. The 2.4m wide circular main park road is convenient for walking and wheelchair promotion.

康體花園位于步道最寬處，也在園區中心區域。園區內設置了可容納10-20人同時活動的康體廣場，配置器械健身區，作為復合型空間，老人們能在此鍛煉活動。地面鋪裝平整、防滑，器械則以舒緩的、具康復功能的體能訓練及認知訓練類的適老化器材為主。在晚上9:30之前，這里都有足夠的照明保障老人的安全。器械一旁設置了休閑花廊供老人休憩、閑談，植物與廊架交織在一起，斑駁的陽光恰到好處的灑到適老化座椅上，空間開敞而溫暖。

除以上功能空間，設計還為體弱老人提供靜坐觀景的休閑空間，靜坐于林下，伴隨微風冥想放空，感受植物療養身心的舒暢，享受靜謐的時光。考慮到老人喜愛擺弄花草，設計還提供了花藝操作臺便于老人親近、觸摸植物，通過對過去掌握的技能尋找到一種歸屬感與參與感。

In addition to the above functional spaces, the design also provides a leisure space for the frail elderly to sit and watch the scenery, sit quietly under the forest, relax with the breeze meditation, feel the relaxation of the body and mind, and enjoy the quiet time. Considering that the elderly like to play with flowers and plants, the design also provides a floral console to facilitate the elderly to get close to and touch the plants, and find a sense of belonging and participation through the skills they have mastered in the past.

當我們在思考如何從容地度過晚年生活時，答案是五花八門的。一壺清茶陪伴的悠閑下午，頑皮的兒孫在一旁嬉鬧，志趣相投的好友們坐在樹蔭下談天說地，感受暖洋洋的陽光照在身上，追憶著各自以往的精彩人生……對于一名設計者而言，我們希望晚年的人生是被完全尊重與善待的，也希望用專業打造一處飽含情懷與溫度的身心靈安放之地，并始終滿懷對生命的尊重與敬畏。
