煙火人間三千年，成都上下猛追灣

每一座城市都將不可避免的老去，無論它曾經經歷過怎樣的繁華。繁華落盡后的衰頹總讓人唏噓。但人們對于文明總是不忍遺棄，于是，幾番沉浮，幾番砥礪，唏噓中又會漸漸開出花來。一陽來復，城市重新復蘇，繁華以新的面目歸來，根還在這片故土。

三千年的成都城，就是這樣經歷繁華沉浮，一次次從時代的變遷中扎下根去，開出花來。猛追灣，這個成都五六十年代盛極一時的繁華工業區，在千禧年后也逐漸老去，衰頹到唏噓。所幸，成都是這樣一個有著極深生命自覺的城市，經過各方努力，才不過兩三年時間，猛追灣又鮮活了起來，帶著新生代的鮮亮色彩，帶著燦然明艷的歷史，和千年不絕的煙火氣。

項目背景  Project Background

項目位于中國成都市成華區錦江沿岸，是成華區連接中心城區的門戶地段。上世紀五六十年代，在社會主義工業化的浪潮中，各種大型的國有企業在此興建廠房和宿舍，讓猛追灣片區迅速熱鬧興旺起來。2000年以后，隨著傳統工業的衰落，這個城區也漸漸變得老舊破敗。2018年，成都成華區政府啟動了整個猛追灣片區的城市升級改造工程，計劃從城市形象，產業轉型，人文環境，經濟復蘇等各方面全面提檔，對體景觀改造提升進行了設計。

現狀與問題  Status and problems

此次改造范圍包含天祥濱河路望平濱河路兩段共1公里長的濱河路，濱河路與天祥、望平兩條街道之間的幾條小巷，以及望平街南端的一個舊院落（望平坊）的綜合改造。

The reconstruction scope includes the 1km long Binhe Road, two sections of Wangping Binhe Road, Tianxiang Binhe Road, several lanes between Binhe Road and Tianxiang and Wangping streets, and an old courtyard at the southern end of Wangping Street ( Wangpingfang) comprehensive transformation.

望平坊包含原紙箱廠紡織廠舊址、原國稅局及家屬樓等，從建筑到景觀都破損嚴重，院落內交通混亂，公共空間被各種舊物占道擁堵不堪，有形無實。交通的梳理，公共空間的釋放，場所形象的煥新都是很大的挑戰。

而濱河路段原7米寬雙向通車的市政道路占據了整個濱河路的主要空間，車道與商鋪之間沒有人行道，沒有緩沖距離，行人與車混流，極不安全；商業沒有外擺空間，業態低端且比較單一。部分道路被私家車占用成為了停車場地，壓縮了通行空間。面寬約5-6米的濱河綠化帶被灌木和柵欄圍死，成為市民無法進入和停留的消極空間。因為沒有休閑的空間，附近居民只能自己搬著小板凳坐在馬路邊上休息。濱河人行步道緊靠河岸欄桿僅兩米寬的通行斷面，無法停留和休閑。

設計策略 Design Strategy

設計從功能入手，從文化著眼，通過對于空間結構及場地文脈的梳理，借助創新的設計語言，現代科技互動技術，實現場地過去與現在的對話，打造一個串聯起場所的歷史記憶，充滿了清晰的成都味道，又極具時尚開放與生機活力的城市空間。讓原住民及周邊市民有更美好的生活空間，也不斷吸引商戶入駐，游客到訪，形成一個新的旅游目的地。

一、梳理空間結構，豐富場地功能

濱河路段為了擴大人行的空間，降低整個區域的流通速度，為人的停留及商業活力帶來更多機會，設計將路幅7米的機動車道變成4米寬自行車道，同時通過對新元素植入創造視覺甚至觸感體驗。與此同時，對綠化帶進行了仔細的梳理，保留長勢旺盛的大喬木，取消原有的綠化圍攔，分段落拆除部分灌木及地被，一部分還原成可以進入的林下休閑平臺，一部分種植成品質豐富色彩多姿的林下花境。

整個500米長的濱河沿線，經過整合之后有了約10個功能各異的休閑平臺，形成了一個內容豐富形式多元的生活空間帶。重新梳理后，濱河步道與臨街商業之間有了更多的流通感，桌椅等休閑設施也變得豐富多樣。

一坊為了更好的打開內部院落空間，將原國稅局底層入口完全打開，通過極具視覺沖擊力的場景處理，形成一條寬闊斑斕的主入口通道，讓游客在驚喜中進入到院落內部。原有的南北兩側狹窄入口通道也通過景觀場景的構建，植入了場所的歷史記憶，豐富了通行體驗。

內部院落根據場地的尺度，以及周邊建筑新的功能定位，形成了一個以展示互動為主的劇場空間，和一個以休閑交流為主的生活空間，其間通過各種充滿藝術氣息和趣味性的通道相連，讓整個內院處處都充滿驚喜。

二、呼應場地歷史文化  Echo the site history and culture through node design

景觀設計以地刻鋪裝、光影裝置、互動裝置等手法呈現成華區的工業光陰長河，讓市民在這里找尋到場所曾經的記憶。從1953年，東郊工業區第1個電子工業項目錦江電機廠開始，一直到1998年，成都光明器材廠成為我國第1家量化生產鑭系玻璃的專業廠家，在跨越40多年歷史長河的成華區工業記憶里，設計梳理出成華區工業發展史的10個第一，并以全新的語言進行了重現。

三、望平坊的濱水夜生活  Waterfront leisure nightlife

濱水的休閑生活，本就是成都這個休閑之都的典型生活場景，作為老成都的重要場所的猛追灣當然必須是休閑生活的大舞臺，老成都人的閑散、安逸在這里得到安放，設計還力圖為這里注入更多活力，吸引新生代的到訪。通過夜間燈光的設計和新型材料的使用，夜晚的場景不僅炫彩繽紛還充滿互動的樂趣。

一條時空之廊鏈接望平坊與濱河路。廊道頂部由5800塊小液晶屏幕形成了一個波浪似的天蓬，這塊波浪式的巨型液晶屏，可以播放任何畫面甚至影視節目。隧道兩側經過通高6米多的原子鏡無限放大，將天棚的圖景、地面的人行，反復投射，讓這個隧道充滿了變幻無窮的魔力。從成都老照片里走出來的牌坊，經過玻璃磚的構建矗立在時空隧道的盡頭，燈光的變換經過玻璃的折射，充滿了夢幻的色彩，呈現著新與舊的交融。

在夜晚，濱河自行車道上的地面燈帶隨著自行車的經過亮出不同的色彩，增加了夜間騎行的樂趣。每一處休閑平臺都有夜間燈光的互動，吸引更多人來到河邊玩耍休閑。

猛追灣項目的整體改造完善文創及互聯網產業鏈條，帶動產業良性發展改善猛追灣居住及旅游環境，也創造了更多的高品質服務類就業崗位，增加了旅游收入。植被的梳理，讓植物有了更充裕的生長空間。平臺的打開，臨街的市井生活與濱江的緊密聯系，視線通廊讓錦江兩岸的景色相互交融。通過對原有城市空間脈絡、生態基底的梳理，應用現代時尚的設計語言和新技術，將原本失活的空間重新煥醒，讓當地市民能夠開心的生活在這里，也成為青少年、年輕人的嶄新目的地。整個街區的煥新也為城市形象、產業轉型、經濟復蘇帶來了新的機遇和價值。
