鯨魚公園是一個(gè)典型的街心公園作品。在城市發(fā)展的過程中，大尺度的公園的承載力相對過于集中；而城市體塊尤其是城區(qū)內(nèi)的發(fā)展復(fù)興需要多種散狀的、小規(guī)模的公園或口袋公園來補(bǔ)充活力。在這一背景下，鯨魚公園的功能作為一個(gè)兼具多樣使用功能、復(fù)合用途以及激活周邊社區(qū)發(fā)展，同時(shí)滿足城市居民生活的復(fù)合體而產(chǎn)生。

In the process of urban development, the capacity of large-scale parks is too concentrated, while the revitalization of urban blocks, especially in urban areas, requires a variety of scattered, small scale parks or pocket parks to supplement the vitality of the urban blocks. In this context, the Whale Park functions as a comprehensive of multiple functions, complex uses and activation of the surrounding community, while satisfying the needs of urban residents.}

一次街心公園的探索

^{AN EXPLORATION OF EXPERIMENT OF NEIGHORHOOD PARK}

項(xiàng)目位于黑龍江省哈爾濱市香坊區(qū)擁軍路與軍立路交匯處，占地約1.61公頃，是一個(gè)包含住宅、商街、學(xué)校在內(nèi)的香坊老城區(qū)煥新開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中有機(jī)構(gòu)成的一部分。作為哈爾濱萬科首進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，ZAP希望讓這個(gè)公園能夠是整個(gè)城市發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，也是哈爾濱香坊區(qū)內(nèi)的一處市民充分參與的場所。

^{The Whale Park is located at the intersection of Junjun Road and Junli Road, Xiangfang District, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. The project covers an area of approximately 1.61 square meters and is part of a renovation project of the old city of Xiangfang district, which includes residential, commercial streets and schools. As Harbin Vanke's first entry project, ZAP hopes that the park will be an important milestone in the development of the downtown area and a vibrant park for the public to be fully participated.}

由于其特殊的城市區(qū)域位置，鯨魚公園的定位是將會(huì)成為哈爾濱城市的一處重點(diǎn)綠色場所，將會(huì)帶來貼近市民生活，藏于城市結(jié)構(gòu)中的街角花園。鯨魚公園需要滿足城市各種人群的實(shí)際使用需求，包含兒童與青少年以及成年人休憩等復(fù)合型公園。

^{The Whale Park is positioned to become a key green space in Harbin due to its unique geographic location in the city, bringing it closer to the public and creating a street corner garden embedded in the urban framework. The Whale Park needs to meet the practical demands of the various groups of people living in the city, including children and teenagers as well as adults.}

設(shè)計(jì)是一處闡釋街心口袋公園的實(shí)驗(yàn)之作。當(dāng)ZAP設(shè)計(jì)師第一次來到項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場時(shí)，便被周邊熱鬧的老城區(qū)氛圍所打動(dòng)，場地內(nèi)還有一條現(xiàn)狀鐵路軌道鋪設(shè)而過。項(xiàng)目如何在保證鐵軌一年兩次的正常運(yùn)行的條件下，進(jìn)行鐵路的景觀輕改造與提升，使其成了一個(gè)景觀場景豐富、保留歷史價(jià)值的公共休閑場所。

^{The design is an experiment in the interpretation of a street-level pocket park. When ZAP designers first came to the site, they were impressed by the bustling old town atmosphere and the fact that a railway track runs through the site. How to lightly renovate and upgrade the railroad tracks to a public recreation area with rich landscape scenes and historical value while ensuring the normal operation of the tracks twice a year.}

啟發(fā)與思考

^INSPIRATIONS

出于項(xiàng)目地理位置特殊性及城市煥新地標(biāo)性意義的考慮，也由于公園被周邊的建筑體所包圍。設(shè)計(jì)希望有別于傳統(tǒng)意義上的純展示性示范區(qū)景觀，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)便著力于從使用人群所需出發(fā)，以激活城市活力，重塑場地精神，倡導(dǎo)生活新風(fēng)尚，“讓景觀融入生活，讓設(shè)計(jì)深入人心”，讓公園真正的點(diǎn)亮原本緊張單調(diào)的都市生活。

^{Due to the specificity of the project's geographic location and the landmark significance of the rejuvenation of the city, as well as the fact that the park is surrounded by the neighboring buildings, the design team aimed to differentiate the landscape from the traditional showcase , in order to revitalize the site and reshape its spirit from the needs of its users. The design is intended to be different from the pure demonstration of show-area, but more focused on the needs of the users to activate the city vitality, reshape the spirit of the site and advocate a new style of life, "let the design into life, let the design into people's hearts", so that the park can really light up the tense and monotonous urban life.}

海洋廣場門區(qū)——悅動(dòng)的虎鯨

^{OCEAN PLAZA - FLOWINGWAVES WITH DELIGHTFUL WHALES}

公園以“白日海洋探索，夜間星光冒險(xiǎn)”為主題，組織各個(gè)景觀空間和功能區(qū)，以一只虎鯨的探索發(fā)現(xiàn)之旅為引領(lǐng)，融入起伏的海洋島嶼，連綿的野趣峽谷，流動(dòng)的海浪及冰山起伏為設(shè)計(jì)要素，及公園鋪裝、標(biāo)識、藝術(shù)裝置等設(shè)計(jì)語言語匯，串聯(lián)起整個(gè)場地的游覽動(dòng)線，打造哈爾濱地區(qū)最新潮的互動(dòng)沉浸式體驗(yàn)公園和最具互動(dòng)性、藝術(shù)性、光影性、科教性的出游目的地。

^{The park takes "ocean exploration by day, starlight adventure by night" as the theme, organizes every space and functional area, and takes a whale's journey of discovery as the guide, incorporating undulating ocean islands, rolling wild canyons, flowing waves and undulating icebergs as the elements, as well as the graphics of the park pavement, signage, art installations and other vocabulary, linking up the entire touring route, establishing the most trendy interactive immersive experience of Harbin city and the most interactive, artistic, light and shadow, science and education outing destination.}

市政主干道的街角入口處，最先映入眼簾就是躍然于廣場上方的高達(dá)15米的黑白虎鯨雕塑，我們的探索路線就從這里開始。

躍動(dòng)的噴泉水景，造型簡潔的冰川格柵，象征著海中礁石的休憩樹池，與越出海面的虎鯨相映成趣，無論白天夜晚，廣場上都聚集著慕名而來的拍照的游客以及健身活動(dòng)的市民，成為當(dāng)?shù)刈罹呷藲獾拇蚩ň奂亍?/p>

^{The water feature with a jumping fountain, the simple glacier grill, the tree pond symbolizing the reefs in the sea, and the orca whales that cross the surface of the sea are all a sight to behold, and the plaza has become a popular spot for photo-taking and fitness activities day and night.}

沿著海浪般流動(dòng)的廣場空間前行，整個(gè)公園就如同層層波瀾的大海與蜿蜒起伏的海岸峽谷，在游客面前逐步揭開它魅力的畫卷。

全天候運(yùn)動(dòng)——冰川與草階劇場

純白冰山格柵的掩映下，在起伏的島嶼草坡環(huán)繞中，是公園最具人氣的場地之一，一個(gè)開放、自由的生態(tài)型全天候免費(fèi)戶外籃球場。

^{Sheltered by a grill of pure white icebergs and surrounded by rolling island grass slopes, is one of the park's most popular locations, an open, free, eco-friendly, all-weather, free outdoor basketball court.}

ZAP設(shè)計(jì)考慮到場地不僅僅作為市民日常籃球休閑的場地，更可作為街頭籃球比賽場地，在保留場地曲線造型的同時(shí)融入全場籃球場地尺寸考慮，采用滲水性強(qiáng)的地面材質(zhì)，保障場地的多功能使用性。場地一側(cè)的草坡結(jié)合樹蔭設(shè)置石階座椅，郁郁蔥蔥的草坡，成為戶外觀賽的最佳場地。

^{ZAP's design takes into consideration the fact that the court is not only used for daily basketball relaxation, but also for basketball competition. The grassy slope on one side of the court, combined with the shade of the trees, provides stone seats and lush grass slopes, making it the best place for outdoor spectators.}

互動(dòng)劇場的整體設(shè)計(jì)充分結(jié)合使用功能，在兼具運(yùn)動(dòng)與游憩的同時(shí)，更為周邊居民提供了一流的運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑場所，一個(gè)開闊的互動(dòng)性空間。

^{The overall design of the interactive amphitheater is fully integrated with the use of sports and recreation at the same time, to provide the adjacent residents a high-class leisure spot, a spacious interactive space.}

沿劇場往右走到達(dá)生態(tài)化的草坡，地形起伏變化豐富游人行走觀感體驗(yàn)，地形外側(cè)以多山峰組合為形態(tài)，并結(jié)合萬科LOGO形成特色展示面，漫步在對面商街也可以明顯看到這一特色展示面。

^{Walk to the right along the theater to reach the ecological hillside, where the topography changes to enrich the walking experience for visitors. And combined with Vanke LOGO to form a distinctive display facade, which can also be clearly observed when strolling across the opposite commercial street.}

隨著地形的變化由草坡入口緩緩的到達(dá)公園的中心廣場區(qū)域，邊走邊感受空間的不斷的打開舒緩。由原本收窄的空間而感受到豁然開闊的廣場展現(xiàn)出來。這里也將是眾多活動(dòng)聚集的場地，也兼具各種人群的使用需求。

^{As the topography changes from the slope to the central plaza of the park, you will experience the space expanding and relieving as you walk. The original narrow path will open up and you will feel the spaciousness of the space. It will be a gathering place for various events and can be used by a wide variety of people.}

林間棧道——探險(xiǎn)海島

^{↑ 島嶼般的空間組合，形成一個(gè)個(gè)凹凸空間滿足不同的小型休憩空間，讓休憩與海港的故事渾然一體 /The island-like combination forms a concave-convex volume to meet different small recreational spaces, allowing the relaxation and the story of the harbor to be integrated.}

^{↑ 漫步城市綠色生態(tài)氧吧，起伏于童話般白樺林間的步行景觀橋 /Stroll through the green ecological oxygen passage and walk on the pedestrian landscape bridge among the vivid fairy like birch forests.}

公園的背景，是一片茂密的白樺叢林。白樺林間如海浪般起伏蜿蜒的，是一座漫步景觀橋。于橋上穿行而過，在白樺婆娑的光影搖曳間，既可俯瞰全園，又可放松身心，沉浸于城市的自然氧吧之間。

^{In the background of the park is a dense jungle of white birch. Between the birch meanders like waves, is a pedestrian bridge. Walking across the bridge, in the light and shade of the birch shady swaying between, not only overlook the park, but also to relax and immerse in the natural beauty of oxygen heaven.}

打造這樣一座林間棧橋，除了豐富公園豎向變化,增添游人的行進(jìn)體驗(yàn)外，ZAP更關(guān)注橋下灰空間的利用。因此，團(tuán)隊(duì)利用橋下凈高2.5M的條帶空間傾情打造了一個(gè)充滿童趣的穿行場地——一個(gè)秋千主題特色營地。

^{To build such a pedestrian bridge in the forest, apart from enriching the vertical changing of the park and increasing the walking experience, ZAP team pays more attention to the use of "Grey Space" underbelow. Hence, the team used the 2.5M clear height strip space to create a playful crossing place - a swing theme campsite.}

綠蔭如蓋的白樺林間，一條蜿蜒的小徑由橋下穿行而過，道路一側(cè)是以哈爾濱本地植物為特色的科普性雨水花園，我們在花園中選擇一處作為雨水花園剖面展示特色展示點(diǎn)。

^{A winding path through the shaded birch woods runs under a bridge. On one side of the path is a scientific rain garden featuring Harbin's native plants, and we have chosen a spot in the garden as a special display booth for a cross-sectional display of the rain garden.}

通過剖面觀察過濾層，粗砂層，土壤層，夯實(shí)層等各層次土壤功能及植物生長狀態(tài)，讓孩子們零距離感受自然生長的過程。

雨水花園的入口命名為西峽谷，這一區(qū)域使用塊石堆疊營造出加拿大西峽谷般自然野趣的場地氛圍，讓游人切身感受到穿越野趣峽谷后發(fā)現(xiàn)魔法植物花園的驚喜與新奇的奇幻體驗(yàn)。

那條蜿蜒的小徑引導(dǎo)游人穿越西峽谷，漫步過魔法植物雨水花園，最終到達(dá)寬闊的伴著汩汩水流聲的巖石旱噴廣場；在堆砌的巖石中噴泉有節(jié)奏的噴出，形成大自然美妙的交響樂，成為與活動(dòng)人群最契合的背景音。

^{The winding path leads walkers through the West Canyon, strolling through a rain garden of magical vegetation, and finally to a wide rocky dry-spray plaza with the sound of bubbling water; fountains spouting rhythmically from the piled rocks form a beautiful symphony of nature, the ideal soundtrack for the crowd.}

環(huán)繞火車軌道——公園觀光

^{THE RAIL-LOOP DISPLAY}

ZAP打造了一處公園觀光小火車站點(diǎn)，供兒童及家長親子活動(dòng)參與。小火車軌道全長300米，穿越公園幾大核心活動(dòng)區(qū)域，北至白樺林間，南至公園健身區(qū)，坐上小火車兜上一圈，既能聆聽白樺林的風(fēng)語，又能飽覽紅楓落葉翩翩，享受不同場地的豐富的觀光體驗(yàn)。

^{ZAP has designed a park tour railway station for children and parents to participate in parent-child activities. The train track is 300 meters long and passes through several heart of the park, from the white birch forest in the north to the fitness area in the south.}

被漂浮的廊架所圍合的公園中心空間，是一個(gè)以海洋為主題特色的兒童游玩天地。波濤般的深藍(lán)與淺藍(lán)的曲線韻律場地之上，ZAP通過精心的刻畫與推演，一個(gè)活臨活現(xiàn)的海螺造型游具滑梯躍然而出，成為場地內(nèi)最受孩子們喜愛的游樂器材。

^{The central space of the park, surrounded by floating corridors, is an ocean-themed playground for kids. On top of the dark and light blue curves of the waves, ZAP team carefully depicted and projected a realistic conch-shaped slide, which became the most favorite amusement attraction of the children in the park.}

中心水吧與運(yùn)動(dòng)看護(hù)

^{WATER BAR WITH CARE HARBOUR}

場地外圍的風(fēng)雨連廊，集休憩交流與家長看護(hù)為一體，輕盈而通透的連廊空間，在陽光的映照下光影綽約，與游玩天地共同形成一個(gè)家庭假日周末一站式的休閑活動(dòng)場地，帶來令人流連忘返的活動(dòng)體驗(yàn)。

^{The winding corridor on the periphery of the site integrates rest, communication and parental care into an whole, light and transparent corridor, which is illuminated by the sunshine, altogether with the playground, in which forms a family one-stop recreation activity spot during the weekend, bringing a lively and memorable activity experience.}

流光溢彩的戶外會(huì)客廳

^{↑ 公園的尾端也是起點(diǎn)，聚集人群的場所也為節(jié)日舉辦展示活動(dòng) /The last end of the park is the beginning, and the place where the public gather also hosts displays for the festival.}

沿著同樂灣旁蜿蜒的小徑向前，公園的末端是與時(shí)尚明快的售樓處建筑相結(jié)合的廣場場地。設(shè)計(jì)師們以“星光海洋、魚躍其間”為靈感來源，打造了一幅星光灑落在波光粼粼的海面般的藝術(shù)畫卷。

^{Along the winding path alongside Tongle Bay, the park ends at a plaza combined with a sleek and modern sales center building. Inspired by the "sea of stars and fish", the designers have created an artistic canvas of stars falling on the shimmering surface of the ocean.}

如潮汐般流動(dòng)的鋪裝廣場上，錯(cuò)落著綠洲般的景觀綠島，其間不僅散落著星星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的景觀地?zé)簦G化上更點(diǎn)綴著趣味的星光草坪燈，為設(shè)計(jì)平添幾分趣味性。

^{The paved plaza, which flows like a tidal wave, is strewn with oasis-like landscaped green islands, among which are not only scattered stars lights, but also embellished with interesting starlight lawn lights, adding a certain interest to the design.}

建筑水幕下的鏡面水景，更是將場地的藝術(shù)性與趣味性和諧統(tǒng)一。

為打造一個(gè)全天候，24小時(shí)精彩不斷的星光特色主題公園，ZAP團(tuán)隊(duì)在傳統(tǒng)的燈具之外，增添更具趣味性的夜光秋千、發(fā)光蹺蹺板、星光座椅及夜光雕塑式LOGO，使夜間的公園星光璀璨，流光溢彩。

^{In order to create an innovative all-day, 24-hour starlight thematic park, the ZAP team added more playful luminous swings, illuminated seesaws, starlit seats and a sparkling luminous sculptural logo to the traditional illumination, making the park brilliantly illuminated at night.}

鯨魚悅府公園是ZAP在城市公共空間的一次設(shè)計(jì)嘗試與探索，在其設(shè)計(jì)的過程中設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶進(jìn)行了多輪次的設(shè)計(jì)溝通與草圖構(gòu)思演繹。包括實(shí)體模型和3D模型的推演，這些過程在實(shí)施中非常的艱辛和不易，但也是其嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)流程和客戶專業(yè)的把控力度下相互間緊密協(xié)作下完成。項(xiàng)目于2020年初疫情最艱難的時(shí)刻完成，在這特殊時(shí)刻團(tuán)隊(duì)和客戶以及施工共同把關(guān)打造出非常成績實(shí)屬不易，再次感謝ZAP團(tuán)隊(duì)的努力和萬科團(tuán)隊(duì)對該項(xiàng)目的把控與實(shí)施。

^{The Whale Park is an attempt and exploration of ZAP's design in the urban public space. The design process involved several rounds of communication and sketch interpretation between the design team and the client, from the derivation of physical models to 3D models, which was a tough and difficult process to implement, but it was also accomplished through the rigorous design process and close collaboration with the client's dedicated control.}
