貴州安順私家庭院花園景觀設計 | 邁德景觀

項目敘述 | Project Description

該項目位于貴州安順，房屋為三層住宅居所。室外區域通過圍合形成兩處庭院空間，位于一層的客廳是連接前院和后院的過渡空間。前庭約30m2，臨近小區的主要道路；后庭約100m2，為四周鄰居的三處庭院圍合而成，由于鐵藝欄桿低矮并且通透，鄰里之間缺少相應的私密性，因此優化邊界增強空間圍合成為了設計首先考慮的節點。

^{The garden is located in Anshun, Guizhou province. Owner's house is a three-storey building. The outdoor area is enclosed to form two courtyard spaces. Their living room on the first floor is a transition space to connect the forecourt and the backyard. The forecourt is about 30m2, which is near the main road of the residential district. The backyard is about 100m2, which is surrounded by the three courtyards of the neighbors. Due to the low and transparent iron railings, there is a lack of privacy between the neighbors, so the boundary is first key point, which should be strengthened.}

業主是前衛的時尚生活家，對生活品質有自己的獨特理解。一百多平的花園，需要有野趣自然令人身心放松的情景打造，并且兼顧清晰邊界的功能設計。在與業主商討確認功能需求后，將關注點放在對整體的空間格局、氛圍、使用和景觀感受上。在有限的空間里既考慮公共共享空間的組織和系統性，又強調私有庭院的獨特性和私密性。

^{The owner has her own unique understanding of the quality of life. The small garden needs to be created with wild and natural relaxing scenes, while taking into the functional design of clear boundaries. After discussing with the owner’s requirements, designers focus on the overall spatial pattern, atmosphere, use and landscape perception. In the limited garden space, both the organization and system of public space are considered, and the uniqueness and privacy of private courtyards are emphasized.}

設計師在建筑外邊界確定的基礎上，取掉原有的鐵藝柵欄，用白色圍墻和植物交錯的圍合方式強化庭院的私屬性，營造一個干凈純粹的邊界背景。將前庭作為業主展示其品味和呼應住宅客廳大落地玻璃的景觀展示空間，后院以私密性強且不易受打擾的場地優勢為業主及家人提供主要活動的空間場所。

^{The designer removed the original fence, and strengthened the private nature of the courtyard with a white fence and plants to create a clean and pure border background. The forecourt is used as a landscape showcase where the owner displays her taste, and is interconnected with the large floor-to-ceiling glass of the living room. The backyard provides the owner and her family with a space for major activities by taking site advantage, that is private and undisturbed.}

設計解讀 | Design Interpretation

面向街道的前院是展示、歸家、迎賓及通行的主要功能空間。通過極簡大氣的設計手法，塑造寧靜恬適的庭院空間。增加業主和訪客的親近感，而且引導觀者從不同視角觀賞內庭。中心以砂石、苔蘚、置石以及造型松組合形成禪意小空間。邊界則使用常青常綠的竹子、麥冬收邊圍合，得到干凈整潔的植物背景。

^{The forecourt is the main function space for displaying, going home, greeting and passing. Through the minimalist design method, it creates a tranquil and comfortable courtyard. The garden could increase the intimacy between the owner and the visitor, and guide the view from different perspectives. The center small Zen garden is composed of sandstone, moss, stone and pine.The clean and tidy plant background is with bamboo and radix ophiopogonis.}

房屋后院成為室內活動的拓展延伸。從客廳出來，轉場空間以簡潔干凈的植物和白墻做背景，襯托花池中的觀賞草和花卉。繼而前行，通過視線開合轉換，小中見大，看見開敞的活動區域。增加的臺階形成下沉空間，豐富空間層次。在空間劃分上，形成一動一靜的空間格局。白色景墻既是邊界也是戶外電影的幕墻，多功能陽光草坪為業主及其小女兒提供嬉戲玩耍、朋友聚會燒烤、運動瑜伽等活動的場所空間。簡潔現代的涼亭下，流水景墻提升空間品質，從多重感官上豐富庭院的戶外體驗感受。寧靜的氛圍適宜讀書喝茶、交談會客。

^{The backyard becomes an extension of indoor activities. Coming out of the living room, the transition space’s background is made of the simple and clean plants and the white walls,and it sets the ornamental grass and flowers in the flower pond off to advantage. Through the opening and closing of the sight-line, man will experience different spatial changes. The sinking space with increased steps enriches the spatial hierarchy. The wall is both the border and the curtain wall of outdoor movies. The multi-functional lawn provides the owners and their little daughters with space for activities such as play, barbecue with friends, sports yoga and other activities. Under the simple and modern gazebo, the flowing water wall enhances the space quality and enriches the outdoor experience of the courtyard from multiple senses. The meditative atmosphere is suitable for reading, drinking tea and talking with guests.}

在植物設計上，以非都市化、親近自然的造園手法，大量使用低矮的花卉和觀賞草，如百子蓮、狐尾天門冬、細葉針茅、澳洲朱蕉、銀葉菊等。野趣自然的觀賞草花和干練簡潔的線條花池產生的設計撞擊感，別致又充滿個性表達。庭院不僅僅是休憩的空間，更成為日常接近自然、傳播和彰顯業主審美品位的藝術空間。

^{In plant design, it’s the style of non-urbanized and closing to nature. It used a lot of low flowers and ornamental grasses, such as agapanthus,Asparagus densiflorus, Stipa lessingiana Trin. et Rupr., Cordyline fruticosa, Angiospermae etc. The great contrast of the wild ornamental grass and orderly line of flower ponds inspire a unique design, which is chic and full of personality expression. The courtyard is not only a space for rest, but also an art space that is close to nature, communicates and showcase the owner's aesthetic taste.}

創造一個有意義的自然生態花園，幫助客戶實現其空間、功能和隱私需求。無需繁瑣的修飾和華麗的線條，去繁化簡，簡單準確的設計語言一樣擁有動人的力量。
