前言

Preface

鄉(xiāng)村振興是一個(gè)大課題，要解決鄉(xiāng)村問(wèn)題，不能只是簡(jiǎn)單的依靠單一方面的提升，而是要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建一個(gè)生態(tài)，這個(gè)生態(tài)不是盲目的照搬城市，也不是回歸原始鄉(xiāng)村，而是為鄉(xiāng)村煥新一個(gè)適合鄉(xiāng)村延續(xù)和發(fā)展的生態(tài)體系，這個(gè)生態(tài)體系應(yīng)該擁有優(yōu)美的環(huán)境、適當(dāng)?shù)漠a(chǎn)業(yè)、殷實(shí)的村民以及更多的旅人。峨眉?高橋小鎮(zhèn)就是這樣一個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村，一場(chǎng)歸巢造夢(mèng)實(shí)驗(yàn)，讓它在中國(guó)數(shù)萬(wàn)個(gè)被遠(yuǎn)離的鄉(xiāng)村中脫穎而出，樂(lè)道景觀助力雙林恒邦，期望在這片村落質(zhì)樸的鄉(xiāng)野氣息上，重新煥發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村的生機(jī)和活力。

Rural revitalization is a big issue. To solve rural problems, we cannot simply rely on a single aspect of improvement, but to create an ecology. This ecology is not blindly copying the city or returning to the original countryside, but renewing the countryside. An ecological system suitable for the continuation and development of the countryside should have a beautiful environment, appropriate industries, substantial villagers and more travelers. Emei?Gaoqiao Town is such a village, a homing dreaming experiment that makes it stand out among the tens of thousands of remote villages in China.LEDA helps Sichuan EVERBON Industrial Group, and hopes to be in the rustic atmosphere of this village. To rejuvenate the vitality and vitality of the countryside.

起伏的農(nóng)田與高山密林仿佛是這鄉(xiāng)村大地的“指紋”，一個(gè)被當(dāng)?shù)鼐用穹Q(chēng)作“三灣大塘”的魚(yú)塘嵌在這大地的肌理之中，加之當(dāng)?shù)氐拇迓涿窬樱瑯?gòu)成了我們精神世界里久尋的川西原鄉(xiāng)，但這里顯然缺少了一些生機(jī)。 

This project is located in Futian Village, Gaoqiao Town, a small village at the foot of Emei Mountain, with the backdrop of mountains and forests and a distant view of the golden summit of Emei Mountain. In this 2, 000-acre rural environment,,the undulating farmland and dense alpine forest are like the “fingerprints” of the nature. The fish pond called” Sanwan Datang” by the local residents，is embedded in the texture of the land, and together with the local village dwellings, they form the original countryside of western Sichuan that we have long sought in the mental world，but there is obviously some vitality missing here.

田園將蕪，人歸何處？

The countryside is disappearing

福田村和中國(guó)數(shù)萬(wàn)個(gè)普通鄉(xiāng)村一樣，也曾在城市化的浪潮中被遠(yuǎn)離。 人口外流、田退林進(jìn)、老幼相守，導(dǎo)致這里產(chǎn)業(yè)凋零、空巢冷清、文化斷裂、環(huán)境凌亂，在這2000多畝的范圍內(nèi)，是一片混雜著亂林雜草的農(nóng)田、一個(gè)破敗陳舊的魚(yú)塘以及一條面臨村落污染的高山小溪。

Like tens of thousands of ordinary villages in China, Futian Village was once distanced from the wave of urbanization.,Leading to the decline of the industry, the empty nest, the cultural fracture, and the messy environment.Within this area of more than 2,000 acres, there is a farmland mixed with forests and weeds, a dilapidated and old fish pond, and a mountain stream facing village pollution.

2019年，帶著對(duì)這片熱土的尊重，恒邦雙林集團(tuán)于此啟動(dòng)了高橋小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目，憑借著鄉(xiāng)村振興的政策支持與峨眉南山世界生態(tài)康養(yǎng)核心區(qū)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)，開(kāi)啟了一場(chǎng)歸巢的造夢(mèng)實(shí)驗(yàn)，期望在村落質(zhì)樸的鄉(xiāng)野氣息上，重新煥發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村的生機(jī)和活力。

鄉(xiāng)村場(chǎng)景的重構(gòu)是極為特殊的，在鄉(xiāng)村景觀的營(yíng)造上建設(shè)方與設(shè)計(jì)方達(dá)成了共識(shí)，我們認(rèn)為鄉(xiāng)村景觀不是簡(jiǎn)單的鄉(xiāng)土材料堆砌，也不是夸張的技巧炫技，而是還原鄉(xiāng)村真實(shí)的自然形象、帶來(lái)新生活、吸引新村民，從根本上為高橋帶來(lái)改變。

In 2019, the developer EVERBON Group, with its love and respect for this countryside, and with the policy support of rural revitalization and the development advantages of World Ecological Recreation Core Area in Emei,a dream-making experiment of homing has started, hoping to rejuvenate the vitality and vitality of the village in the rustic atmosphere of the village.

The reconstruction of the rural scene is extremely special. The owner and us have reached a consensus on the construction of the rural landscape. We believe that the rural landscape is not simply a pile of native materials, nor is it an exaggerated technique to show off skills, but to restore the true nature of the countryside. The image, bringing new life, and attracting new villagers will fundamentally bring changes to Gaoqiao.

設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)現(xiàn)有的鄉(xiāng)村資源進(jìn)行整合，從魚(yú)塘、農(nóng)田、溪流三個(gè)資源出發(fā)，形成了“湖+田+溪”的鄉(xiāng)村景觀格局，將失去活力的空間逐點(diǎn)連接，打造湖光鄉(xiāng)舍、大地稻禾、叢林溯溪三大鄉(xiāng)村景觀，同時(shí)依托農(nóng)業(yè)和配套產(chǎn)業(yè)也為村民帶來(lái)了參與建設(shè)與運(yùn)營(yíng)的機(jī)會(huì)。

The designers planned and integrated the existing resources from three major plates: fish ponds, farmland and streams，to reshape a native and natural” lake- field-stream” rural landscape pattern, connected the lost vitality space point by point. At the same time，the increased supporting service points depending on the type of industry also brought opportunities for villagers to participate in the construction and operation.

01.湖光鄉(xiāng)舍-為鄉(xiāng)村帶來(lái)一片湖光山色 

Lake-Bringing a sense of lake and mountains to the countryside

生硬陳舊的三灣大塘經(jīng)過(guò)景觀改造，蓄水成湖，湖體采用生態(tài)水處理，利用魚(yú)類(lèi)、水草以及微生物群落創(chuàng)建水體生態(tài)自凈系統(tǒng)，魚(yú)躍鳶飛，倒映雪山，既自成風(fēng)景，也滿足稻田灌溉水源的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The fish pond – Sanwan Datang has been retained, and its landscape has been improved by storing water to form a lake. Ecological treatment is adopted to improve the water quality of the lake, so that fish、aquatic plants、microbiota in the lake form an ecological self-purification system, thus carrying out ecological restoration of the water body, forming a natural lake area, while meeting the standards of the paddy field irrigation water source.

樂(lè)梵園藝對(duì)湖岸進(jìn)行了梳理，在自然草坡的基礎(chǔ)上，采用不同花期的草本花卉營(yíng)造鄉(xiāng)野花境氛圍，湖光鄉(xiāng)舍，巍峨山水，草坡花鏡，于鄉(xiāng)野中表達(dá)出自然生長(zhǎng)的力量。

LEFA combed the lakeshore. On the basis of natural grass slopes, herb flowers of different blooming periods were used to create the atmosphere of rural wildflowers. The majestic mountains and waters, combined with grass slope flower mirrors, express the power of natural growth in the countryside.

02.大地稻禾-與村民一起打造鄉(xiāng)村大地景觀

由于年輕的勞動(dòng)力進(jìn)城務(wù)工，所以留在鄉(xiāng)村的基本上都是老人和小孩，他們基本沒(méi)有收入，同時(shí)由于勞動(dòng)力的缺失讓農(nóng)田大量的閑置，我們將鄉(xiāng)村的土地進(jìn)行了整合，包括那些因?yàn)槿丝诹魇Ф膹U的農(nóng)田重新被利用了起來(lái)，栽植彩色水稻、優(yōu)化田埂線條，結(jié)合機(jī)耕道營(yíng)造田野花境，一個(gè)川西林盤(pán)的大地景觀赫然呈現(xiàn)。

不僅如此，在大地稻禾的建設(shè)及運(yùn)營(yíng)中，聘請(qǐng)?jiān)∶駞⑴c到耕種與收獲中，讓鄉(xiāng)村的居民共同參與到鄉(xiāng)村的復(fù)興中，也為他們帶來(lái)了更多的勞動(dòng)收益。

As young laborers enter the cities to work, most of the people who stay in the countryside are the elderly and children. They basically have no income. At the same time, due to the lack of labor, a large amount of farmland is left unused.We have integrated rural land, The farmland that was abandoned due to population loss was re-used, all farmland was integrated, colored rice was planted, and the lines of the ridge were optimized. A landscape of forested land in western Sichuan is impressively presented.

Not only that, in the construction and operation of Dadi Ricegrass,inviting indigenous people to participate in farming and harvesting, allowing village residents to participate in the revival of the village together, and bringing them more labor income.

稻田從遠(yuǎn)處山腳出發(fā)，不規(guī)則的自然肌理向下延伸而來(lái)，在恰當(dāng)?shù)募竟?jié)走進(jìn)田間，耙田插秧、收割稻谷，親自體驗(yàn)農(nóng)創(chuàng)耕作是對(duì)原鄉(xiāng)生活最好的尊重，也吸引著越來(lái)越多的“新村民”來(lái)到這里，觀光體驗(yàn)，亦或是留下來(lái)…

距離稻田不遠(yuǎn)處，由老舊村舍改造、修舊如舊的“田間本味”餐廳炊煙裊裊，食材就取自周邊的稻田菜地，有的農(nóng)戶則在棚下售賣(mài)著自種的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，一面野趣田園，一面遠(yuǎn)黛青山，喚醒著村落久違的生機(jī)。幾何咖啡坐落于稻田野坡之上，草坡花境、青瓦木椽，像大地上生長(zhǎng)出來(lái)的建筑。而作為首開(kāi)區(qū)的旅居中心，像一所質(zhì)樸的鄉(xiāng)村客廳，迎接著來(lái)自四面八方的旅人和歸巢人。

這些配套服務(wù)點(diǎn)位以及農(nóng)創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，都有著當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民的積極參與，不僅是留守的村民，很多外出打工和隔壁村的人都來(lái)了，他們很高興有這樣的工作機(jī)會(huì)，們有的來(lái)當(dāng)咖啡師有的來(lái)當(dāng)服務(wù)員，有的當(dāng)餐廳廚師，鄉(xiāng)村越來(lái)越熱鬧了，居民的素質(zhì)有了很大的提高，開(kāi)始更注重保護(hù)自己的家園，是人讓鄉(xiāng)村再次真正的充滿了活力。

The three supporting service points and the research and development of agricultural products, all have Local residents for participation. Many people who work in city and people from nearby villages have come back and applied for jobs over here, they are happy to have such jobs. Some of them come to work as baristas, some as waiters, some as restaurant chefs, countryside is getting livelier and livelier. The quality of the residents has improved a lot and they are starting to pay more attention to protecting their homes. It’s the people themselves who are making the countryside truly vibrant again.

03.叢林溯溪 

自然是最好的游戲場(chǎng)地 

在原有的高山小溪的基礎(chǔ)上，將現(xiàn)狀巖石及野性林木進(jìn)行了最大程度的保留，補(bǔ)栽林木，覆綠裸露的地面，設(shè)計(jì)溯溪步道，繞過(guò)樹(shù)群和山體隨勢(shì)賦形、梳理溪岸，未來(lái)將結(jié)合溪流打造溪野花境，整體呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)充滿野性的鄉(xiāng)間小溪。

溪岸卵石的野性梳理，讓人打開(kāi)心中的邊界，真正的走進(jìn)小溪。夏天，一定是溯溪最熱鬧的季節(jié)，大人帶著孩子們?cè)跍\灘中戲水撈魚(yú)，露營(yíng)野餐，山野間一片歡聲笑語(yǔ)。

What the villagers gain is not only wealth, but also the cultural confidence that radiates from the bottom of their hearts.

The energy that grows spontaneously from the land heals people who in a complicated world.  Not only does the Gaoqiao Town attract travelers, but it has also become a new workplace for local villagers to aspire to. The heartfelt smiles of these villagers breathing life back into this once empty nesting village.

成片的白鷺飛回了福田，久違的螢火蟲(chóng)也重新點(diǎn)亮了夜空，鄉(xiāng)村的自然生態(tài)與人文生態(tài)在這里重新煥發(fā)，這2000多畝的土地只是開(kāi)端，它為未來(lái)的文旅小鎮(zhèn)做好了生態(tài)鋪墊。
