山東淄博 新東升?福園景觀設(shè)計(jì) | GVL怡境國(guó)際

福園，屬于市內(nèi)重點(diǎn)開(kāi)拓區(qū)，在整個(gè)淄博的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，連接中心城區(qū)與淄博新區(qū)，承接高新區(qū)與南部城區(qū)的重要位置，是2016年淄博最大的棚改項(xiàng)目。

_{The site of Fortune Garden nestles in the key development zone of Zibo City, which connects Zibo New District with the Central City. Strategically located between the high-tech zone and the south city, it is the biggest shanty-town renovation project in Zibo in the year of 2016.} 

福園是怡境與新東升合作的第三代的住宅產(chǎn)品，在滿足功能需求的同時(shí)，項(xiàng)目注入了更多的文化內(nèi)涵，并以此串聯(lián)社區(qū)多個(gè)功能業(yè)態(tài)，形成大文化社區(qū)的理念。怡境在項(xiàng)目初期提前介入，幫助本土企業(yè)找到痛點(diǎn)并妥善解決。將自身大量實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)與成熟的產(chǎn)品打造策略進(jìn)行組合、創(chuàng)新，穩(wěn)步實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)。

_{The Fortune Garden is a third-generation residential development co-presented by GVL and Xin Dong Sheng Properties. In addition to modern functions, the project is also endowed with unique culture which integrates different industries and helps to shape a culture-oriented community. GVL began to get involved in the project from the very beginning, trying to help local enterprises find and solve their pain points. During the process, based on years of practice and experience, GVL has strategically provided innovative solutions and gradually realized the upgrade of the development.}  

福園是特別的，打造幸福家園是回遷群眾最大的期盼，這是一場(chǎng)新生活的變革，也是設(shè)計(jì)賦能幸福生活的又一次實(shí)踐。

規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為“下商上居”的空間布局，一層落位商業(yè)服務(wù)與停車功能，打造煙火氣息濃厚的主題功能商業(yè)街區(qū)，滿足福園居民日常生活的需求，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)3分鐘便民生活圈。同時(shí)，商業(yè)街與市政道路相連，將人流吸引至此，聚集人氣。

_{According to the planning, the ground floor will serve as retails while the upper floors as apartments. Therefore, the ground floor provides commercial services and parking, which well meet the daily requirements of Fortune Garden’s residents. In addition, connected with the urban road, the commercial street will attract more people here.}

二層平臺(tái)猶如“空中森林”，在平坦的場(chǎng)地里營(yíng)造出一片“高臺(tái)園林”，以中式韻味+現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約兩重風(fēng)格，打造業(yè)主幸福居住空間。“下商上居”的布局讓社區(qū)生活空間更立體多維，讓生活凌駕在活力商業(yè)之上，出則繁華，入則寧?kù)o。同時(shí)，打破“外商內(nèi)居”的傳統(tǒng)空間布局模式，提高商業(yè)配套體量，實(shí)現(xiàn)多方共贏。

_{The terrace on the second floor is just like a "forest in the air", which is designed in modern Chinese style to provide a happy living space for the residents. Different from traditional design to separate commercial space from residential space, the vertical space arrangement provides more commercial facilities and allows people to enjoy quietness and prosperity at the same time, benefiting all people involved.}   

地塊本身被市政道路劃分成東西兩個(gè)地塊，“下商上居”設(shè)計(jì)的巧妙在于東西地塊便可通過(guò)三座空中景觀天橋連接，實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)資源共享。景觀天橋兩側(cè)以綠化抬高地形，隔離外界紛擾，保證了居民隱私性，抽身繁雜之外，享受家的安寧。同時(shí)居民又能居高臨下，俯瞰城外車水馬龍、燈火璀璨。

_{The site is divided into the east and west parts by the urban road, which are skillfully connected by three landscape bridges in the air, making everywhere accessible. Along the landscape bridges are green trees serving as shelter from the outside disturbance and ensuring the privacy of the residents. Meanwhile, the apartments overlook the outside city, allowing residents to experience the hustle and bustle of city life.}

福園占地11萬(wàn)平方米，從山東齊魯文化著手，取其中式儒風(fēng)雅韻、世家禮序，將描繪齊魯美景的詩(shī)情畫(huà)意融于園中，以現(xiàn)代中式風(fēng)格展現(xiàn)精致的生活社區(qū)，從而更貼近淄博人內(nèi)心的文脈情節(jié)，產(chǎn)生空間的情感共鳴。福園在格局之中蘊(yùn)藏文化與藝術(shù)之美，用景觀設(shè)計(jì)呈現(xiàn)“五進(jìn)歸家”禮制，營(yíng)造濃厚的具有傳統(tǒng)文化的歸家儀式感。

_{Fortune Garden covering an area of 110,000 square meters, its landscape design is inspired by Qilu culture of Shandong province, introducing Chinese-style elegance, etiquette and poetry into the garden and creating a boutique residential community of modern Chinese style. This kind of cultural context brings the sense of belonging. In terms of overall layout, Fortune Garden boasts the beauty of culture and art, presenting “five ceremonial entrance spaces” on the way home with skillful landscape design.}   

“一進(jìn)大堂門(mén)”，結(jié)合水景打造入口空間，拾級(jí)而上，折路而入，空間布局更具內(nèi)斂，更顯儒家文化底蘊(yùn)。大堂打造成現(xiàn)代時(shí)尚感的藝術(shù)館，與外面的喧囂形成鮮明對(duì)比，滿足業(yè)主的生活儀式感。

_{The entrance space to the lobby is decorated with a waterscape and zigzag steps, making the space compact and allowing people to experience the charm of Confucian culture. The gallery-like lobby, designed in modern style, is ceremonial and in contrast with the noisy outside world.}

“二進(jìn)中軸會(huì)客廳”，東西方向約150米長(zhǎng)的景觀中軸空間，以禮序空間與藝術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)打造成精致軸線景觀。通過(guò)景墻與廊架的轉(zhuǎn)折布局，將東西兩側(cè)各劃分成三進(jìn)空間，達(dá)到步移景異的入園體驗(yàn)。

_{The second entrance space is a 150 meters long landscape axis extending from east to west, along which are six spaces divided by landscape walls and trellises. Artistic details and sequential space arrangement allow people to enjoy different views while entering the space.}

以山東琉璃作為點(diǎn)睛之筆，通過(guò)鏡面水的天光倒影與流暢曲線的種植島呈現(xiàn)琉璃干凈透亮的特質(zhì)，打造詩(shī)意的中軸水庭，提供更具溫度、更具中式美學(xué)的歸家禮制。休憩處有序分布，給小區(qū)業(yè)主帶來(lái)了“第二會(huì)客廳”，寂靜的夜晚，月色投入湖中，鄰里情長(zhǎng)，刻畫(huà)一副幸福的“鄰家大院”。

_{Colored glaze made in Shandong is an important element in the space, which, combined with the mirror water and the curve-shaped plants isle, contributes to a poetic and welcoming atrium. Recreation areas are arranged in order, forming a “second living room” where residents can gather together in the evening, chatting and enjoying the beautiful moon and lake.}

“三進(jìn)組團(tuán)花園”，組團(tuán)花園有序點(diǎn)綴，讓鄰里在交流間，親近自然，為業(yè)主帶來(lái)第三重歸家的禮儀。一草一木皆是心境，與自然親近，點(diǎn)滴之間賦予了歸家的恬淡。

_{The third ceremonial space is orderly interspersed with small gardens, which will encourage residents to communicate with neighbors and get close to nature. Every tree and bush help to create a natural and relaxing atmosphere that welcomes people back home.}

“四進(jìn)幸福歸家路”，1.4公里彩色跑道貫穿園區(qū)，串聯(lián)各個(gè)功能活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地及組團(tuán)花園，倡導(dǎo)健康生活。

_{Then comes the “Happy Way Home”——a 1.4-kilometer colorful runway runs through the garden, connecting various functional spaces and small gardens and introducing a healthy lifestyle.}

“五進(jìn)戶門(mén)”，景觀設(shè)計(jì)滿足大眾對(duì)于私有庭院的向往，細(xì)致入微的細(xì)節(jié)處理，處處體現(xiàn)了居住尊貴感、歸屬感。

_{The last is the entrance space to private garden. The landscape design realizes people’s dream for a private garden and the exquisite details bring the sense of honor and belongings.}  

南區(qū)建筑規(guī)劃留出一個(gè)樓間距80m見(jiàn)方的園林空間，景觀設(shè)計(jì)利用此場(chǎng)地打造復(fù)合型功能空間，融合兒童樂(lè)園、互動(dòng)溪水、成人健身、水中休閑空間、開(kāi)放陽(yáng)光草坪等多項(xiàng)功能區(qū)。

_{In the south of the site, a square garden (80 meters in length) is enclosed by buildings, which combines functions such as children’s playground, interactive stream, fitness facilities, waterfront recreational space, sunny lawn, etc.}

各個(gè)功能區(qū)自成一景又相互滲透：利用地庫(kù)錯(cuò)層高差，設(shè)計(jì)跌水溪流景觀，溪流水系同時(shí)是兒童戲水與互動(dòng)景觀；在溪流源頭設(shè)立景觀休閑廊架，在高處觀賞整個(gè)地塊景致；兒童地墊活動(dòng)場(chǎng)與互動(dòng)溪水相鄰，大型主題兒童游樂(lè)設(shè)施成為場(chǎng)地焦點(diǎn)之一。

_{Each functional area is independent and permeates each other: the cascade is created by making use of the underground parking; a stream thus forms for children to play with water; at the end of the stream a trellis is built to overlook the whole garden; beside the stream is the mat-covered children’s activity space, which is equipped with an eye-catching amusement facility.}

其它樓間保證至少50m，各種功能區(qū)穿插布置，保證功能分布均好，滿足人性化設(shè)計(jì)需求，為業(yè)主提供便捷可達(dá)的活動(dòng)空間。

_{With at least a 50-meter distance between all buildings, various functional areas are reasonably interspersed to meet personalized needs and provide activity spaces which are easily accessible for the residents.}

為打造兒童友好社區(qū)，提供一個(gè)更適合兒童成長(zhǎng)的家，在園區(qū)分散布置了三個(gè)不小于550㎡的兒童區(qū)。每個(gè)兒童區(qū)有獨(dú)特的主題：奇幻鯨魚(yú)灣、環(huán)夢(mèng)火車島、星際海盜船，配置相應(yīng)的地墊圖案或者造型設(shè)施，分齡分區(qū)塊，讓孩子們成長(zhǎng)每一步都樂(lè)在其中。歡快奔跑的身影，讓空氣彌漫活力的氣息。

_{In order to build a child-friendly community and provide a more suitable home for children to grow up, three children's playgrounds, all no less than 550 square meters, are designed in different areas of the garden. Each has a unique theme: the fantasy whale bay, the dream train island and the interstellar pirate ship, all of which are equipped with corresponding floor patterns or facilities to entertain children of all ages. Children run happily around, filling the air with joy and vitality.}
