南海意庫（三洋廠房改造）

本案例是一個“建筑到室內及景觀的一體性改造”的項目。建造設計的目的是創造一個可持續發展的綠色節能建筑。業主招商地產利用了一個老的廠房（原三洋公司廠址）把它改造成招商地產控股有限公司的總部辦公樓，希望能對社會有牽頭示范作用。
　　設計的目標是將舊建筑注入新生命，不但保留和延續了一些對蛇口發展過程的重要記憶，也對低碳環保的主題著重突出。

本項目在建筑到室內及景觀一體性改造的同時，進行節能及建筑生態的技術改造，使建筑以低耗、節能的新面貌重新投入使用。通過屋頂綠化、垂直綠化、景觀水池等多種生態綠化技術，形成生物氣候緩沖帶、改善建筑微環境，將創意與生態完美結合，創造綠色生態建筑。　　　　

　　This renovation project includes “architecture, interior and landscape”. The goal is to design a sustainable, green and energy saving building. In the design, we not only inject new life in the old building, but also retained and extended the important memories of Shekou development history. We also highlighted low carbon and environmental characteristics of this project.
