杭州良渚文化村20周年煥新計劃 | 安道設計

20年前，良渚文化村開啟了中國田園城市的范本。

20年，良渚文化村歷經了歲月的沉淀，見證了城市的發展，原有的老舊配套已無法滿足居民當下的生活需求。社群之間草木蔥郁的公共公園，如今多了一些靜謐，少了一些活力。

值此20周年之際，萬科啟動煥新計劃，委托我們對老社群的公共空間進行微更新改造，希望為村民提供更實用更舒適的公區環境，升級居民生活體驗，激發社群活力。

良渚文化村成為“一個夢想居住的地方”，不僅僅在于它的山水環境，更在于“有愛”的社區服務體系，在于業主共同探索社區自治的模式，村民愿意一起打造美好生活共同體。此次煥新，即是萬科和村民一起提升居住體驗、共建美好社區的一次探索。

Liangzhu Cultural Village has become “a place of dreams to live” not only because of its landscape environment, but also its “loving” community service system, the owners jointly explore the model of community autonomy and the villagers are willing to build a better life community together. This renewal is an exploration for Vanke and the villagers to improve the living experience and build a beautiful community together.

在這些草木蔥蔥郁郁、萬物自然和諧、承載著村民們美好回憶的場所，萬科和我們達成此次煥新的共識——雋永。

運用最新產品力成果，以美學和功能的提升為主，不做網紅粗糙的東西。做好修繕，保留自然的肌理；活動場地及器械更換為安全穩固耐用的類型，地面采用國際化的年輕色彩來點綴；即便做一些打卡點，也是基于自然本身而非人工刻意。

基于這些原則，我們和團隊在改造中使用了以下策略：以村民的功能需求為主導，保留場地記憶；尊重自然，保留場地內的所有樹木，僅對長勢較差、遮擋視線的灌木進行梳理；采用局部翻新、功能升級、修復、邊界滲透的手法，進行場地“微”更新。

場地的故事

良渚文化村擁有深厚的歷史底蘊、優美的生態環境和世界級藝術大師的作品，我們分為人文線、風景線、藝術線3個小組，通過分時段走場調研，意見領袖回訪，村民意見搜集，場地使用情況的觀察和記錄，分析整個文化村場地的性質，歸納亟需修復的地點和可以挖掘天然生態優勢和潛在價值的地點。

Liangzhu Cultural Village has a profound historical background, beautiful ecological environment and works of world-class art masters. We are divided into three groups: humanities, landscapes, and art lines. Through time-based field research, opinion leaders return visits, and villagers’ opinions collection, Observation and recording of site usage, analyzing of the nature of the entire cultural village site and summarizing the sites that are in urgent need of restoration and sites that can tap natural ecological advantages and potential values.

文化村雖然擁有優渥的自然環境，然而板塊的生態、宜居、旅游價值仍待挖掘；雖然成為理想社區的現實樣本，然而沒有統一的視覺形象，缺乏公共領域感；雖然擁有多重生態空間，然而設施陳舊，年久破損。

綜合這些問題，最終確定以白鷺公園、濱河公園、茶語公園、礦坑公園以及其他公共空間中村民的痛點問題作為重點，進行煥新。

在煥新改造的過程中，也面臨很多問題與挑戰——由于公園緊鄰住宅小區，改造產生的機械噪音會對周邊住區產生影響，施工存檔圖紙與現狀不符，地下基礎和排水問題不清晰等，然而也發生了很多美好的故事——

從白鷺公園的故事說起

白鷺公園修建于2008年，是初始規劃時特意在村中部位置留下的一片綠地腹地。作為文化村從山林延伸到河濱的“綠手指”的重要部分，公園里有很多林蔭草坪，還有一條從大雄寺水庫流淌而下的溪澗，很多小朋友在此野餐嬉戲。村民籃球隊、網球俱樂部也經常在這里舉辦活動。由于使用頻率高，場地破損、設施老化等問題逐漸出現。

盡管如此，這個擁有草坪、大樹、植被、溪澗等多重自然空間的場地還是深深地打動了我們，想給這個場地賦予更多意義，使它煥發新的生機，讓“綠手指”歷久彌新。

改造策略 

^{Retrofit strategy}

從業主的使用需求入手，對2個童玩區、籃球場、老年區、草坪區域、綠籬區域進行改造升級，結合萬科活力中心的產品，以空間體驗頻次最高的人群兒童作為核心單元，來促成并帶動整個全齡社區的互動。

我們以安多芬和內啡肽組成的快樂因子，和T細胞和多巴胺組成的活力因子形成樂活細胞，注入自然公園，讓樂活細胞在公園不斷的更新、生長，釋放出快樂和活力。

1. 童玩區——安多芬樂園之愛玩的藝術家
^{Children’s play area – the playful artists of Andorphine Paradise}

安多芬，大腦分泌的一種可以使人心情愉快、和諧及自愈力的激素。

結合萬科活力中心最新的產品，以愛玩的藝術家和自然的設計師重新打造安多芬童樂園。我們將細胞的圖形語言轉化為場地的設計元素，讓孩子在游戲中釋放天性，在自然中獲取成長，為童年注入更多活力、快樂、健康的因子。

兒童區原是一片沙坑加一個組合器械。沙坑已大面積被踩實，雨后排水不暢易積水；組合器械已破損，存在安全隱患；看護坐凳過高、木板腐壞、植物生長侵占坐凳空間。我們保留了場地形態，避免對周邊樹木的破壞。更換更安全舒適的塑膠鋪地，底部增加管道排水；更換組合器械、新增蹺蹺板、搖搖馬器械；將坐凳降至適宜高度，翻新了凳面。

The sand pit has been stepped on a large area, and the drainage is not smooth after rain, and it is easy to accumulate water; the combination equipment has been damaged, and there is a potential safety hazard; the sitting stool for nursing is too high, the wood board is rotten, and the growth of plants invades the sitting space. We preserved the site shape to avoid damage to surrounding trees. Replacement of safer and more comfortable plastic floor, increased drainage of pipes at the bottom; replacement of combined equipment, new seesaw, rocking horse equipment; lowering of the seat stool to a suitable height, and renovation of the stool surface.}

2. 童玩區——安多芬樂園之自然的設計師
^{Children’s play area – the natural designer of Andorphine Paradise}

兒童區出口正對一片銀杏林，極具空間場所感，我們想利用這個銀杏林，實現空間的滲透，在兒童區旁邊打造一個林下的自然課堂，結合植物園自然教育主題，設置了植物認知園和“昆蟲旅館”，讓孩子們吸收自然能量，感知大自然的智慧。

3. 童玩區——平衡盒子（蹺蹺板樂園）

這里原有一個簡單的滑梯和一個蹺蹺板，由于風吹雨淋，蹺蹺板的木質腐朽，地面被雜草占據。

我們翻新了場地，為地面鋪上了環保、舒適的塑膠，安裝了不同長度、可供不同人群使用的蹺蹺板。最簡單的合作游戲，鍛煉小朋友的協作和平衡能力，大人和孩子們開心地玩在一起。

4. 籃球場——樂活籃球場

籃球場原來是整個公園最具生機的地方，由于年久失修，球場地面、座椅、矮墻坐凳破損嚴重，不滿足新國標籃球場標線，以及缺少熱身及訓練活動場地，籃球場也一度靜寂下來。

我們以活力動感的鋪裝顏色重新搭配籃球場和國民訓練場，打造樂活籃球場。準備施工前，恰逢少年籃球隊訓練，跟我們說了很多使用上的需求：“球場離防護網太近，照明亮度不夠”等建議，回來后我們立即組織會議，對方案進行了調整：更換籃球場的器械，置入國民運動模塊，把原來的石材改為地膠，調整球場標線，擴大了場地西邊的邊界……

5. 老年健身區——多巴胺老友記

老年健身區是一群老伙伴、老鄰居健身交流的場地，盡管健身器械已被老化，臨近溪邊的路邊也失修，草坪退化泥土裸露，每到雨天路面全是泥巴，但還是有很多老年人來這里鍛煉，我們想好好地修復這片場地，讓老友們能更好地在這里運動、交流，保持活力與健康。

我們疏通了場地周邊綠植，更換了健身器械，煥新了更舒適更環保的地面鋪裝。改造完那天，兩位年長阿姨路過，在旁邊觀望了一陣后說“沒想到這里修得這么好了，以后天天好來散步了。”

6. 綠籬木樁——自然迷宮

老年活動區旁原有一片圓形的綠籬，圍繞著一片巨大的石楠樹陣，是孩子們捉迷藏的天然基地。我們想保留并強化場地的記憶，增加一圈圈的自然綠籬和鉆筒游戲模塊，形成一個大的自然迷宮，讓孩子們在穿行中感知趣玩空間的快樂。

7. 草坪秋千——秋千樂園

原來的草坪上有一個木質的秋千，由于長時間使用，木質的框架已經有些搖晃，地上的草坪已退化成泥土。在調研的過程中，我們發現不管是成人還是兒童，都喜歡秋千。秋千，總能讓我們放松，想起童年無憂無慮的記憶。

我們決定保留場地里草坪秋千的記憶，在林下、草坪、溪邊增設單人的、雙人的、多人的、親子的，各種各樣的秋千，將這里變成秋千的樂園。

8. 森林里的藝術種子——月相門牌

公園里有一條隱秘的綠籬帶，其中有8個“兔子洞”，猶如一個個進入森林藝術展覽的入口。我們在門洞旁設置了一套月相認知門牌，展示月亮從月虧到月盈的變化。

9. 森林里的藝術種子——林間密語

綠籬空間里草坪上的一棵郁郁蔥蔥的大樹吸引了我們，它就像那棵小時候曾在村頭圍坐的大樹，充滿了故事場景。我們設計了林間密語的坐凳，林間的精靈幻化成坐凳，圍成一圈，聽回憶耳語，講心底的秘密。

10.森林里的藝術種子——星空之戒

在這片樹林和綠籬圍合的空間，我們設計了一個風動裝置。直徑5米的圓環裝置由鏡面風動片組成，可以捕捉林間的風，反射周圍的空間環境。當人們坐在這里仰望時，裝置猶如懸掛在空中的星空之戒，是約定，是記憶。

濱河公園那些人和事兒

在良渚文化村，跑步已成為最熱門的運動，在村民眼中，沒有什么比跑步互道早安更為浪漫的事情了。

濱河公園建造于2013年，自然生態的濱河景觀、開闊豐富的綠化空間以及2公里的健身跑道，跑步、晨練、遛狗、散步……以及杜甫橋頭自發的早市，生活的煙火氣，在這個自然河畔熱鬧生長相較于白鷺公園，濱河公園呈現更現代、更年輕的狀態，它僅僅需要做老舊翻新和功能上的提升。

11. 濱河跑道

在這片自然生態的公園，聆聽著鳥鳴，呼吸著清新的空氣，慢慢感受跑步的多巴胺，是一天中快樂的開始。濱河跑道因為長久的日曬雨淋，跑道破損嚴重。我們對2公里跑道全部進行跑道鋪裝煥新，增加地面標識，完善跑道系統，讓村民們跑起來更舒心。

12. 熱身健身場地

在調研時，我們發現跑步的村民在運動前后都有熱身、拉伸的習慣，然而受場地的局限，他們只能在路邊和樹下做拉伸。我們在跑道的起始點和中間點，增加了熱身場地和健身場地。

居民頭疼的那些事兒

在走訪調研的過程中，居民對我們訴說了一些影響日常生活的事兒，包括公區坐凳偏少、茶語公園球場老舊、礦坑公園的公廁隱私性欠佳、文化村入口標識被遮擋等，針對這些問題，我們逐一進行了改善和更新。

13. 樂坐計劃

隨著文化村村民不斷地入住，場地使用頻次越來越高，原有的座椅系統在數量上已無法滿足現有需求，很多木質坐凳都腐朽嚴重。樂坐計劃應運而生，如何將簡單的坐凳應用于多變的空間場景？

我們設計了3個模塊的坐凳：單人坐凳、雙人無靠背坐凳和雙人有靠背坐凳，通過組合搭配，滿足不同場地的使用需求。

14. 茶語公園球場
^{Tea Language Park}

茶語公園原有兩個籃球場和一個足球場，使用頻次高，球場地面破損嚴重，設施老舊，球場外的道路由于常年積水，泥濘不堪。村民很高興能擁有對公眾開放的球場，質樸地表示如果能再美觀一點就更好了。

我們更新了球場器械，更換了地面鋪裝。優化常用道路，增加排水溝，修補綠植，增加照明系統，讓生活空間真正回歸生活。

15. 礦坑公廁

礦坑公園是一個天然的礦坑主題探險公園，擁有起伏的游戲地形和大型活動草坪，是村民們休閑娛樂聚集地，很多村外的人也專程到此打卡。然而唯一的公廁老舊，隱私性欠佳。我們對公廁從里到外進行全面翻新，升級公廁的私密性和舒適性。對公廁外的洗手臺也進行更新，升級了使用體驗。

^{Mine Park is a natural mine-themed adventure park with undulating game terrain and large-scale activity lawns. It is a gathering place for villagers’ leisure and entertainment. Many people from outside the village also make a special trip here to punch in. However, the only public toilet is old and has poor privacy. We completely renovate public toilets from the inside out to upgrade the privacy and comfort of public toilets. The washbasin outside the public toilet was also updated to upgrade the experience.}

16. 點亮文化村入口
^{Light up the entrance of the Cultural Village}

104國道文化村入口是村民們回家的第一灣，也是游客進入文化村的第一印象。以前村口的標識被遮擋，入口領域感不強。我們更新了入口標識，梳理灌木花草，優化造型松及置石，讓“良渚文化村”五個字醒目亮眼，與每個進入這里的人不期而遇。

In the past, the sign at the entrance of the village was obscured, and the sign at the entrance was not obvious. We updated the entrance signs, sorted out shrubs, flowers, and optimized shapes of pine and stone to make the five words “Liangzhu Cultural Village” eye-catching and meet everyone who enters here unexpectedly.}

后記 

^Postscript

基于“尊重自然肌理，保留美好生活記憶，提升居民生活體驗”的原則，我們在沒有大拆大建、沒有妨礙居民正常生活、沒有破壞公園原有的時光記憶點的情況下，讓公區環境重獲新生，帶動整個社區也充滿了活力。整個煥新過程，我們將更多的關注放在“人”的身上，讓人更有體驗感和舒適感，讓人的生活更多樣化，讓文化村因為人的連接，變得更有情感更有溫度。

煥新基本完工后的這幾天，公園多了很多人，在使用的過程中，他們也慢慢發現了我們預埋的“彩蛋”：白鷺公園每個活動場地外都配上了洗手池，運動游戲后隨時可清洗雙手；坐凳上被刻上了“標點符號”，這樣人們就可以把“！”“#”作為約會記號……

聽到村民們感嘆“這個公園改得真好！”、看到秋日暖陽下家長和小朋友盡情嬉戲、感受到整個場地被歡聲笑語所充盈，腦海中的理想社區漸漸有了真實的模樣。20歲的良渚文化村，未來會成為一個怎樣的“地方”？敬請期待下篇！
