　　項(xiàng)目位于武漢市江夏區(qū)光谷大道與珞瑜路交匯處，交通便利，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)突出。SED通過(guò)對(duì)規(guī)劃和建筑的解讀，利用園區(qū)內(nèi)的空間和周邊的景觀(guān)滲透以及建筑的藝術(shù)風(fēng)格形式，打造高檔精品住宅小區(qū)的生活環(huán)境空間。項(xiàng)目結(jié)合時(shí)尚氣息，與現(xiàn)代都市生活較接近，極具生活感染力；而對(duì)于細(xì)節(jié)考究的打造，則展示了典雅的文化內(nèi)涵、極具地域特色。
　　項(xiàng)目外圍商業(yè)街考慮休閑功能空間，將特色風(fēng)格設(shè)計(jì)融入進(jìn)去，結(jié)合裝飾主義元素，精致的花缽，頗有味道的鋪裝、廣告標(biāo)示牌，營(yíng)造出一種愜意的歐式風(fēng)情商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)。整個(gè)商業(yè)街的景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)考慮到商業(yè)外擺、商場(chǎng)促銷(xiāo)、商業(yè)展覽等。空間面積的分布依據(jù)商場(chǎng)主入口、小區(qū)主入口幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)來(lái)衡量，打造整體靈動(dòng)自由的空間氛圍。

　　The project is located in Wuhan Jiangxia District, the intersection of Guanggu Avenue and Luoyu Road. The transportation is very convenient and regional advantages are very obvious. By unscrambling the plan and building, SED took advantage of the spaces and styles close to architecture, and built a high-level residence environment. SED combines the fashion with the project together and makes it very close to the modern city life. While the dealing with details show the classical culture and characteristic features.

　　SED considers about the resting function for the commercial street around. Combined with the Art-deco elements, the delicate flower pots, the interesting paving and the advertisement signboard, SED created a pleasant European commercial square. The whole commercial street’s landscape design also includes the outside business place, the business promotion and the business exhibition, etc. The space covers the key points of shopping mall main entrance, the residential main entrance and forms an atmosphere of flexibility and freedom.
