設計單位資格預審公告

　　一、前言：
　　大興新城核心區位于北京市大興新城中部。區域面積約12平方公里，其中主要功能區面積約1.5平方公里。該區域地理位置優越，自然環境優美，交通便捷，未來將建設成為北京南部新的宜居城市。
　　為了更好地落實北京城市總體規劃和大興新城規劃的要求，豐富并引導大興新城的規劃編制，提升大興新城的城市形象、突出城市特色、提高城市建設標準，現面向國際征集大興新城核心區的概念性城市設計方案。
　　二、項目簡介：
　　1、項目名稱：北京大興新城核心區概念性城市設計。

　　七、資格預審文件的獲得：
　　有意參加本次活動的應征者可向征集聯絡處以傳真或e-mail的形式索取《資格預審調查表》。

　　八、資格預審申請文件的遞交：
　　資格預審申請文件應經申請人按資格預審的要求填寫，準備完畢后于北京時間2006年3月22日16:00前親自送達或郵寄（以寄達日為準）至以上征集聯系處。
逾期抵達的文件概不受理。

　　九、參加征集的申請程序：
　　1、有意應征的設計單位應按《資格預審調查表》所述之要求如實填寫，并依公告所要求之時間、方式及地址向征集聯絡處提交資格預審材料一份（可以根據相關情況組成設計聯合體參加本次國際征集活動）。
　　2、主辦單位將根據有意參加征集的設計單位的資歷及相關項目的設計經驗等情況進行比較篩選，選出10家左右，正式邀請參加征集，并于3月下旬向其發出征集邀請函。
　　3、被邀請參加征集的設計單位在收到競賽邀請函后，如確認參加征集，應遞交應征確認函和履約保證金。主辦單位在收到應征設計單位的應征確認函和履約保證金后，向應征設計單位發送征集文件，組織應征單位踏勘現場。
　　4、應征方案遞交截止時間：2006年5月下旬。
　　5、本次征集設最佳設計獎1名，優秀獎2名。最佳設計獎獎金為150萬元人民幣，優秀獎獎金為各70萬元人民幣，未獲獎設計單位支付保本補償金為各25萬元人民幣。

　　十、其它：
　　1、對于此次資格預審活動，每個申請人只應自己單獨或作為聯合體的成員來參加參賽資格預審。
　　2、本次征集活動本身及與本次活動相關的文件所適用的法律僅為中華人民共和國法律。

International Competition for the Concept Urban Design of New Downtown Area of Daxing District, Beijing
Pre-Qualification Assessment Announcement for the Applicants

1. Background 
Located in the center of new downtown area of Daxing District, the Core Area covers the area of 12 sq.km, including the main function area of 1.5sq.km. with the excellent location and natural conditions, this area will be a wonderful place of comfortable living in the south Beijing in the future. 
For the purpose of well implementing the New Master Plan of Beijing and Daxing District, guiding the future plan of Daxing New Downtown Area and rebuilding the new image of Daxing with the new design features and high level construction, we organize the international competition for the concept urban deign of this new area.

7. Procurement of Pre-qualification Documents
The applicants shall contact the Competition Agent for the Pre-Qualification Form by the fax or email.

8. Submission of Pre-qualification Documents
The applicants shall submit the Pre-Qualification Form to the Competition Agent prior to 16:00pm, March 22, 2006 (Beijing Time) by the delivery or the post (post date shall govern). Later submission shall be rejected.

9. Procedures for Application
(1) The intended applicants shall fill in the Pre-qualification Form in Chinese following the relevant requirements and submit one form to the Competition Agent according to the required time, method and address. (Joint applicants will be acceptable) 
(2) The Organizer shall select 10 applicants based on their submitted qualifications and experiences, the Formal Invitation Letter shall be sent to this 10 applicants in the late March.
(3) The invited applicants shall submit the receipt and security to the Agent for the confirmation of participation, and procure the Competition Documents from the Agent, attending the site survey organized by the Agent.
(4) Deadline for Scheme Submission: Later May, 2006
(5) The 1 Best Design Award with the prize of RMB1,500,000(approximate USD187,500) and 2 Honorable Awards with prize of RMB700,000(approximate USD87,500), the Compensation of RMB250,000(approximate USD31,250) for the rest 7 applicants.

10. Others
(1) Each applicant shall participate separately or jointly with the other applicants.
(2) The competition and the related documents shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of People’s Republic of China.
