元宇宙孿生大筒倉數字藝術作品全球征集計劃正式發布

“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”是粵港澳大灣區的全新地標級公共藝術項目，位于深圳蛇口價值工廠，預計將于2022年5月正式對公眾開放。

未來，“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”將匯聚各方跨界融合的思想與力量，期待與世界頂尖科學家、藝術家、工程師們共同打造中國首個元宇宙探索體驗空間，充分利用日新月異的前沿技術為觀眾帶去極致的感官體驗。

本次全球征集計劃針對“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”中的兩個大筒倉，擬征集具有國際視野、富有空間創意的各類作品。

Bloom Digital Art Museum is a new landmark public art project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which is expected to officially open to the public in May 2022 with the theme of  China's first  Metaverse exploration and experience space.

It will combine the creativity of scientists and artists for the cutting-edge technology and extreme sensory experience.

The collection is aimed at two large silos in the Bloom Digital Art Museum，looking forward international and creative project to collected.

奧雅綻放數字藝術館大筒倉數字藝術作品征集，針對場地現有兩個大筒倉展開形式不限的創作。

作品要求

Requirements

1、參選作品屬于數字藝術范疇，展示形式不限，作品原創且不存在著作權或版權爭議。

2、參選作品需針對大筒倉（詳見場地說明）進行針對性作品創作，保證原創性，注重創新性、藝術性、科技性、參與性、可行性、創作理念新穎、獨特，與科技充分融合，能夠融入大筒倉特殊的結構狀態，內容表現積極向上。

3、參選作品需考慮作品的落地可行性，綜合考慮時間、人、物、環境等多種因素，在技術安全和運行維護層面須滿足長期展覽及運營的要求。

4、每位參選人/機構可提交不超過 3 件參選作品。

1.The works should belong to the category of digital art, and there is no limitation on the form of display without copyright dispute.

2.The works should be targeted at the silo (see site description for details), ensure originality, focus on innovation, artistry, science and technology, participation and feasibility, accompanying new and unique creative ideas, fully integrated with science and technology experts, which can be integrated into the special structure with positive content.

3.The works should consider feasibility, time, people, objects and environment, also meet the requirements of long-term exhibition and operation in terms of technical safety and operation maintenance.

4.Each candidate/organization can submit no more than 3 works.

評選機制

Selection Mechanism

面向全球創作者公開征集作品方案，邀請行業知名學者、藝術家和策展人組成專業評審團，對應征創作者投稿的作品方案進行專業評選后形成入圍候選名單，綜合各方評審意見和結果從中選取最終選用的作品方案。

We will invite well-known scholars, artists and curators to form a professional jury. After professional selection, we will form a shortlist of submitted works, from which we will make the final selection.

Selected works

1、榮譽證書：主辦方將為入選作品頒發榮譽證書

2、落地支持：公布入選結果后，主辦方將與參選人/機構溝通落地事宜。若作品滿足落地條件，主辦方將以不低于50萬美金作為作品落地展示費用，由參選人/機構負責作品的制作把控與落地效果。

3、宣傳支持：主辦方將對入選作品進行專門報道和媒體報道，并為優秀及特色作品提供展覽宣傳支持及商業化運作。

1.Certificate of honor: The organizer will issue the Certificate of Honor

2.Landing support: After the announcement of the selected results, the organizer will communicate with the candidates/organizations. If the works meet the landing conditions, the organizer will pay no less than 500,000 dollars as the exhibition fee, then the candidates/organizations will be responsible for the production control and landing effect.

3.Publicity and support: The organizer will provide special media coverage, along with publicity and commercial operation for excellent and characteristic works.

Submission content

報名表；個人身份證或護照，或營業執照，事業單位法人證書等合法有效文件；數字作品創作理念說明。包括方案名稱、創作理念、作品規格、技術呈現方式、造價估算（包括但不限于制作，運輸，安裝）等內容，格式為 pdf；圖紙，包括說明圖及作品效果圖，統一格式為 jpg，圖片分辨率為 3000PI，作者亦可制作 3d 動畫視頻短片及其他有助于說明藝術作品創作的材料，分辨率為 1920*1080 的 MP4 及 MOV 格式。（以上材料均需提供電子版）

Application form.Personal ID card or passport, or business license, legal person certificate of the institution or other legal and valid documents.Explanation on creation concept of digital works. Including the project name, creation concept, work specifications, technical presentation and cost estimation (including but not limited to production, transportation and installation) in PDF format.Drawings, including illustrations and renderings in JPG format with a resolution of 3000PI. The author can also make 3D animated video clips and other materials that could illustrate the creation of artistic works, with a resolution of 1920*1080 MP4 and MOV formats.( All the above materials should be provided in e-edition )

參選人/機構需將報名表、個人身份證明、營業執照、事業范圍法人證書等合法有效文件及設計成果放入一個文件夾內（文件命名為“奧雅綻放數字藝術館 AB 筒倉+姓名/機構+作品名稱”），郵件標題與文件夾標題命名相同，壓縮后發送至官方郵箱：ad@bpark-china.com(活動不收取報名費，發郵件時，請留下真實姓名、聯系電話和電子郵箱及需注明的其他事項，以便后續聯系）

Candidates/organizations should put the application form, personal identification, business license, business scope legal person certificate or other legal and valid documents and design results in a folder (the file is named as "Blossom Digital Art Museum AB silo + name/organization + name of the work"). The email title should be the same as the folder title, and then compressed and sent to the official email address ad@bpark-china.com(There is no registration fee. Please leave your real name, phone number, email address and other matters to be noted for subsequent contact.)

注意事項

Matters Needing Attention

1、參選人/機構嚴格遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，保證參選作品的原創性，保證對參選作品擁有排他性且完整的著作權。

2、參選作品未涉及任何訴訟，未侵犯他人任何合法權益，包括但不限于肖像權、姓名權、名稱權、著作權、商標權等合法權益。

3、參選作品不得含有違反《中華人民共和國憲法》及其他任何法律法規的內容,不得含有任何涉嫌民族歧視、宗教歧視以及其他有悖于社會道德風尚和良好風俗的內容。

4、落地作品所涉及的知識成果歸主辦方與參選人/機構雙方共有，主辦方對入選作品有展覽展示、研究評價、攝影攝像、結集出版以及宣傳推廣的權利。所有應征方案均不退還，請自留底稿。

5、由于病毒、黑客攻擊，以及其他人為干擾、突發事件或者一些主辦方無法控制的因素，在嚴重影響到活動的管理、安全、評審、公正性等情況下，主辦方有權單方面推遲或取消部分和全部活動。參選人 /機構提交的參選作品在方案展示和公開展覽過程中可能發生設計元素、圖案、版式等自主知識產權被侵犯并對參與主體造成損失的，主辦方不承擔任何責任，僅配合、協助參選人/機構進行維權。

6、評選結果將于 2022 年 3月在“綻放數字藝術館”微信公眾號等平臺公布，請確保提供正確的聯系方式，便于工作人員聯系入選參選人/機構。

7、凡報送作品參選的參選人/機構，均視為己確認井遵守本征集方案的各項規定及要求，并對其作品承擔所有責任。若參與者違反上述條款，則主辦方有權立即取消參選人/ 機構參選資格，收回已經給予參選人/機構的獎項和權益，由此引發的任何法律訴訟、法律責任和財產損失均與主辦方無關，由參選人/機構承擔。

8、主辦方對本次征集活動具有最終解釋權。

1.The candidates/institutions shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, guarantee the originality, exclusivity and complete copyright.

2.The works are not involved in any litigation, and do not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to the right of portrait, right of name, copyright and trademark.

3.The works shall not violate <the Constitution of the People's Republic of China> or any other laws and regulations, also shall not be suspected of ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination or other violations of social morality and customs.

4.The knowledge achievements involved in the landing works shall be shared by the organizer and the candidate/institution, also the organizer has the right to exhibit, research and evaluation, photography and video, publication and publicity. All proposals will not be returned, please keep your own manuscript.

5.The organizer has the right to unilaterally postpone or cancel part or all of the event due to virus, hacker attack, other human interference, emergency or force majeure factors that seriously affect the event management, security, evaluation and fairness. If the independent intellectual property rights of design elements, patterns and layouts may be infringed during the exhibition and public exhibition of the works submitted by the candidates/institutions, causing loss to the participants, the organizer shall not assume any responsibility, but only cooperate and assist the candidates/institutions in protecting their rights.

6.The results of the selection will be announced on the wechat official account of Blossom Digital Art Museum or by email in March 2022. Plea

7.All candidates/organizations who submit their works shall be deemed to have confirmed that they have complied with the regulations and requirements of the scheme and shall assume all responsibilities for their works. If the participant violates the above terms, the organizer has the right to immediately cancel the candidate/organization's qualification and withdraw the given awards and rights and interests. Any the relevant legal proceedings, legal liabilities and property losses have nothing to do with the organizer and should be borne by the candidate/organization.

8.The organizer has the right of final explanation.

筒倉場地說明

About the Venue

項目選址位于深圳市南山區南部，南鄰蛇口港碼頭，北鄰赤灣山，位處粵港澳大灣區核心地區，距離在建中的深圳第一條跨海地鐵12號線左炮臺站僅200米。

The project is located in the southern part of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to Shekou Port Wharf in the south, ChiWan Mountain in the north, located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and away from the Shenzhen’s first cross-sea Metro Line 12 "ZuoPaoTai" Station under construction Only 200 meters.

項目所在地為蛇口價值工廠，它是一處工業遺址——原廣東浮法玻璃廠，該廠為中、美、泰三國的合資項目，1987年投資一億美元建成，是當時國內最大的現代化浮法玻璃廠。

Located in Shenzhen Shekou Value Factory, Nanshan, Shenzhen, It is an industrial site-the original Guangdong Float Glass Factory. The factory is a joint venture project between China, the United States and Thailand. It was built in 1987 with an investment of 100 million U.S. dollars. It was the largest modern float glass factory in China at that time.

綻放數字藝術館的建筑物前身是玻璃廠的原料筒倉。該筒倉位于廠區中心，是整個廠區的制高點和標志建筑，平面東西向長77.9米，中間是4個直徑14米的鋼筋混凝土筒狀結構，東側的長方體建筑曾用于垂直運輸原料。

The predecessor of the building of Blooming Digital Art Museum was the raw material silo of the glass factory. Located in the center of the plant, the silo is the commanding height and landmark building of the entire plant. The silo is 77.9 meters long from east to west, with four reinforced concrete cylindrical structures with a diameter of 14 meters in the middle. The rectangular building on the east side was used to transport raw materials vertically.

建筑物立面從下到上則分為三個部分：底層是高約6米的出料層，中間是高30米的筒倉存儲層，最頂上則是高3.6米的入料層。筒倉建筑總面積2468.21㎡，戶外廣場面積3991㎡。

The building facade is divided into three parts from bottom to top: the bottom layer is an output layer about 6 meters high, the middle is a 30 meters high silo storage layer, and the top is a 3.6 meters high input layer. The total building area of the silo is 2468.21 square meters, and the area of the outdoor plaza is 3991 square meters.
