景觀實習(xí)生

任職資格 Requirements

1、景觀設(shè)計、建筑設(shè)計或城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士及以上學(xué)歷；有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先；

2、熟練使用AutoCAD , Photoshop .Sketch Up Revit, Rhino , Grasshopper. Lumion Abobe 等設(shè)計軟件 。

3、良好的英語溝通能力 

4、有景觀或建筑實習(xí)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

^{2、Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop , Sketch Up , Revit , Rhino ,Grasshopper, Lumion , Adobe and so on}

任職資格 Requirements

2、具備景觀專業(yè)扎實的專業(yè)理論知識和較強的工程經(jīng)驗，綜合協(xié)調(diào)和處理設(shè)計和施工配合中存在的問題，對總體設(shè)計、構(gòu)造、植物等有關(guān)設(shè)計專業(yè)問題和施工方法有一定了解，能對設(shè)計提出合理化意見并準確處理判斷。

3、能對負責(zé)項目進行有效進行方案匯報，能在專業(yè)技術(shù)會議或討論中邏輯清晰有效的表述專業(yè)問題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認可；能用中英文準確表達設(shè)計和施工中出現(xiàn)的問題。

4、有在境外景觀或規(guī)劃公司工作精力或與外籍設(shè)計師共同工作的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。有流利的英語交流能力，能與其他外籍設(shè)計師和外籍設(shè)計總監(jiān)進行有效的設(shè)計交流。

Involved in overall design/ construction/ planting and other relevant professional design and construction methods，have good understanding and offer professional suggestion for design development.}

^{3、Able to present charged project effectively, stating professionally and logically on technical meeting or workshop discussion. Using Chinese and English accurately express design and construction issue.}

^{4、Preferential for experienced in foreign design firms or cooperator with foreign designer. Could communicate fluently with foreign designer in English.}

資深景觀設(shè)計師

任職資格 Requirements

1、建筑設(shè)計或城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；10年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

2、具備景觀專業(yè)扎實的專業(yè)理論知識和較強的工程經(jīng)驗，綜合協(xié)調(diào)和處理設(shè)計和施工配合中存在的問題，對總體設(shè)計、構(gòu)造、植物等有關(guān)設(shè)計專業(yè)問題和施工方法有深入了解，能對設(shè)計提出合理化意見并準確處理判斷。

3、可管理一般規(guī)模和復(fù)雜程度的項目，獨立進行施工配合、安排工作計劃和人員配置，有能力管理4人以上團隊工作。

4、能對負責(zé)項目進行有效進行方案匯報，能在專業(yè)技術(shù)會議或討論中邏輯清晰有效的表述專業(yè)問題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認可；能用中英文準確表達設(shè)計和施工中出現(xiàn)的問題；

5、有在境外景觀或規(guī)劃公司、大型設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)歷或與外籍設(shè)計師共同工作的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。有流利的英語交流能力，能與其他外籍設(shè)計師和外籍設(shè)計總監(jiān)進行有效的設(shè)計交流。本國或外籍人士均可。有相關(guān)外企工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，外籍設(shè)計師優(yōu)先。

崗位職責(zé) Responsibilitiies

1、負責(zé)大中型項目方案主創(chuàng)設(shè)計，完成安排的設(shè)計任務(wù)，并嚴格按照設(shè)計計劃完成各項設(shè)計工作；能獨立與甲方匯報，可管理5名左右設(shè)計人員，同時參與3個項目。

2、主持并完成設(shè)計的前期主創(chuàng)意、文件編制、述標及必要的各種相關(guān)會議工作。

3、完成設(shè)計深化、深化會議、與施工圖組的各項圖紙繪制對接與審核。

4、主持完成設(shè)計匯報、現(xiàn)場交底、問題答疑及設(shè)計質(zhì)量、效果的監(jiān)控。

5、帶領(lǐng)并指導(dǎo)團隊各方案執(zhí)行設(shè)計師進行設(shè)計工作，計劃、把控工作的每一個進程，完成項目概念到擴初階段的工作，并能與施工圖設(shè)計師配合完成項目。

6、負責(zé)與客戶的溝通和項目相關(guān)單位的會議及協(xié)調(diào)。

^{3、Manage contractors and sub-consulants engaged to co-deliver projects, Produce landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients' requirements and aspirations for their projects}

^{4、Prepare design studies and produce design invarious formats such as skeches , drawings ,3D digital studies, models etc.}

^{5、Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoints posters etc. Work with suppliers to select ,prepare material, equipment and theri specifications to support the project design intent}

^{6、Manage the construction and implementation of projects} 

^{7、Develop detailed design and produce detailed drawing and specifications for tender and for contractors to follw for construction purposes , Manage the construction and implementation of projects.}
